Love how they made sure my order was right and everyone was super kind. Just put my application in
The staff is really nice when there not in a rush, when their in a rush expect them to prioritize making the food, it's expected at any fast food restaurant and they are short staffed at the moment so give them a break they're working their asses off trying to get every order done.
I love the order kiosks and the it was only a ~7 minute wait for a fairly large order. The food was all correct as well.

Taco Bell provides a variety of experiences for its customers. Some people have to wait in line for a long time, but the staff often apologizes and tries to make it up to them. For example, one customer was given a free special seasonal drink for waiting. The staff at Taco Bell can be very friendly and polite, and they sometimes give customers free treats if their food takes a little long to prepare. However, some customers have had problems with their orders, such as getting the wrong type of hot sauce packets. Despite this, many customers have had great experiences, with staff getting their orders 100% correct and giving them exactly the number of hot sauce packets they asked for. The food at Taco Bell is often hot and fresh, especially in the morning. The lobby has nice music and multiple options for seating, making it a welcoming place to eat. The late-night staff is also often praised for being friendly and enjoying their job, even when they are working hard with minimal staff. Overall, Taco Bell has its ups and downs, but many customers appreciate the effort the staff puts into providing good customer service.
