Lowell lake state park is just down the road if your looking for a great hike in nature before a stop in. While there you may learn alot about the history of the bar and the area.“

“I stopped here and I did a U turn to go back to check them out because I'm not in the area that often and I felt like I would be missing something. The place very old looking on the inside with a small bar and gambling machines. The bartender was nice and talkative with the customers all 3 of us. The front sign is a leftover of a time past and they don't have food but they have frozen Brew Pub pizza. The walls and fixtures look old and I was told that it's been a Bar since 1901. They have a cool back lit bar on the wall and a super old looking door with a crest on it. The two regulars were friendly and talked to me. They also have a small patio by the front door for nice days.“

“This was the new restaurant of the week and a long time bookmark so I stopped over for lunch. I couldn't find it the first time because the spot was a three flag flying American Legion post so I used google maps to take me there and I ended up at the same intersection so I parked and I looked around and, dang it's in the A /L post right on the sign in front. The place is in the basement and it's classic WI dive bar at its finest with a small bar and some hi tables. It's bar service I was told so I ordered a spicy Bloody Mary spicy and the cheesesteak sandwich with upgraded onion rings for $2 extra. The Bloody Mary was super average with absolutely no depth of flavor at all that was garnished with a couple good firm olives, 2 meat slices and a cheddar cheese cube which was decent. The cheesesteak looked pretty good and smelled amazing with lettuce, tomato and mayo which is not the norm from most places and it was fu#king delicious that way, if I can remember I'm going to ask for future cheesesteaks from other place to add lettuce, tomatoes and mayo. The grilled peppers and onions with the thin sliced beef topped with melted cheese on the fresh hoagie bun was perfect for my cheesesteak craving. On the other hand the up charge onion rings were beer battered and thin, very average bar food and I thought that the seasoned potatoes/frys that came with the sandwich would have been a better option for this sandwich. Overall I had a good lunch at a reasonable price with a cocktail/chaser sandwich and side for $20.95 that completely satisfied me, the 1st timer on my receipt was noted for the kitchen ? like what is that and don't F this order up ? I don't know.“

“Clearly a hot spot in Menomonee Falls, their fish fry didn't disappoint. It tasted "different", actually. It felt innovative. Moreover , they have more options for fish fry than the usual ones on at any restaurant on a Friday night. Our server was great. He was attentive and personable. It's a fun place, so it's loud and noisy...don't expect a romantic ambience. I'm looking forward to going back for trivia night!“

“A great smaller not so much of a dive bar. Bear keep is on their A game the entire time. A nice place to crawl into with a few friends and enjoy a game or some good conversation. Patrons are friendly, nothing rowdy or stupid. Been here before and I'll happily go again!! Prices on drinks are well below any other bar!!!“

“My food was not perfect but it was perfectly prepared my beer was not great but it was drinkable my shot of crown must have had a leak but it was good next time a2x hog shot or 4 will do noteI did have my liquor before my beer and felt great“

“This is always a great place. Drinks, food, sports, music. Just all around good service, friendly atmosphere. Good to watch the game a karaoke is always fun. Taco Tuesday night was very good. A heaping plate of nachos and huge tacos. Great deal. Nothing but positives about this place.“

“Came in there with my mom who is in a wheelchair, which can be trying for some. Not for this place. On 4/16 around 4.00 ( so you know who was working) was AMAZING. I can't remember her name but was just fantastic. Took her time to talk right to my mom instead of me which allot of waitresses do. Kind, helpful and patient. And the food... the food was fabulous. We found our new place to go. Thank you so much to whomever our waitress was.“

“One of the best bars in the Menominee Falls area yes there is a more updated bar across the street (not saying any names) but at least the service here is great. Always a good crowd small place but friendly vibe. Come down check it out for yourself :)“

“Friendly staff great food. Had wings the garlic parm and the Thai chili, both were delicious but we were craving spicy. We decided to order the irie heat....YUM! You won't be disappointed if you like spicy it's smoky and peppery. It doesn't last forever so you can enjoy more. We told the gentleman who brought the food out we loved it and he said he had something hotter called the scary Larry sauce. We were thrilled, we dipped a bit of the garlic parm since it's so mild and I took a baby bite and was fine. My husband was sweating and tearing. Go check it out“

“3/21/24 We made the mistake of the first time going there during March madness don’t do that unless you really want to get into the games they didn’t have the fish fry. because of that. So we had pizza was not impressed at all with the pizza seem like a frozen pizza just cooked with a little extra cheese on it, not real good flavor. But I’m sure there’s other things there that are better. We had the cheese curds. They were good. Everybody was really nice and very attentive. Katie the bartender was very good. But the place is just Phenomenal For sports memorabilia. It’s a site to see and it’s a very large building and bar. We will go back and try something else.“

“Had a longer wait then told (40 mins rather than 15) but the hostess was apologetic. Pizza was excellent! We loved the taco pizza! Also tried the garlic bread, haystack onion rings and a sausage pizza. Everything was good but especially loved the taco pizza! Our waitress was prompt, efficient and friendly. “First time here. Fun place for families. My husband ordered full order of nachos ,I ordered half. Didn’t realize how much you get we could have shared large order.soft drinks were expensive 3.00 so we got water.I got mine without the jalapeno,my husband got them he said they were good,fresh and spicy. They give you a tiny cup of salsa and a small cup sour cream.needed more sour cream. The mini bowling is 30.00 a hour for up to 6 people.you have to wait on someone to reset the pins,so that eats into your time, but still fun for kids cause they’re little balls. They have an arcade area also with games so if you have kids plan on spending some money. We didn’t get the big pretzel but saw it , it was huge, looked good.“
