My all time favorite was the bartender Ms Michelle who was extremely nice ,friendly, and fast. “Stopped in for lunch with family and was warmly greeted. Beautiful resturant with a full bar with slot machines and darts. Several different rooms available. It appeared they were setting up for a wedding in a separate party room. It looked lovely. We sat in a room with a view of the water. Look forward to coming back in the summer so we can sit outside. The family ordered bloody Marys which they said were good. We had steak sandwiches which were tasty. Our waiter was friendly and efficient!“
“Went here with my family, and we had great attentive service from the wait staff. The food we ordered came out in a timely manner and was delicious.The waitress came by multiple times, without us flagging her down, and refilled our refreshments, cleared our table when it became cluttered, and asked us how we were doing. She was attentive and polite from start to finish. She even ordered extra fries for me for my leftover box!Parking: If the lot is full, you may have to go over to the Metro Market right next to it to find a spot. “This was my first time ordering and eating this food because I wanted to try Catfish. This was great experience on the phone a gentlemen name Kyle I believe. I may have got the name wrong but he was professional, polite and detailed. He was new but made sure my order was received and a ETA when the order was finished prior to getting off the phone. When I arrived I was Pleasantly greeted by a Pretty Lady and the Gentlemen that I talked on the phone. I waited only a few minutes and the order was hot off the grill. I was pleasantly surprised with the food and will come back. I was a little disappointed that I didn't get my Kings Hawaiian roll but the main entre with the Mash & Gravy made me forget about it. “This place looked awesome inside and the food was great. Unfortunately the gentleman that waited on us was seriously a disappointment! Never got a hello or smile. Handed the menus and asked what we wanted to drink. He got our drinks and if we were ready to order. Uh can we have a min!? Very dull when asked a question. Still no smile at all. Apparently before serving our food he was leaving. Never came and said a goodbye or he was leaving and someone else would be taking over etc. Nothing. So his service SUCKED!!! The girl that took over for him was exceptional!!! Kudos to her!“
“Love this quaint Pizza Bar Restaurant! Affordable, good gluten free pizza and large pours of wine for a great price! Very local feel, friendly and if you don’t want to sit at the bar, there is a dining area. I highly recommend Spartan Pizza!“
“This is a different serving model. Went on a Friday night and the four of us enjoyed 3 different fish fry choices. The food was very good. You place your order at the counter and listen for them to call your name. Took about 6 minutes for our food to be ready. We ate at the attached Muskellounge bar. The bar and restaurant are separate entities but are clearly connected operations.“

“Hand cut fries and cheese curds were delicious. Decent enough selection of craft beers, lookout for duplicate numbered beers on the beer list, they had two #15s the day I went so I had to choke down a nasty bock in my flight. Service was slow, but still friendly. Lots of tvs for watching Packers.“

“I've always gotten a correct order, and my ordered items have always been good. I'm only giving 4 stars because it is NOT a DQ Brazier - no burgers here. Especially like it that they will make items that are no longer on the menu, like PB Frozen Hot Chocolate. Prices are not cheap, however.“

“Took my 4 year old last Friday and it’s her new favorite place. Our server Ebony was amazing and took great care of us. The food was fast, tasty, and hot. We came back this week and had another great experience - fast, polite service, fast, hot and tasty food. As the 4 year old says “this place is darn good!” And for the price point, it’s just slightly more than we’d pay for dinner at Culver’s and better (and endless fries!)“
“We've been visiting this Culver's for about 16 years and, while it's still a standard for us, unfortunately the service continues to deteriorate. Almost every other visit now at least one item is wrong or missing (we can't just count items - we have to open and inspect each one before leaving), and lately when I go back to correct the order I hardly even get an apology. The people are still very nice, but service is very much going in the wrong direction.“
“Ordered 10pc jumbo butterfly shrimp, double ButterBurger with cheese last night. Shrimp was crispy. Burger was just right. Everything was hot and fresh. Great customer service was provided. Probably the best Culver’s I’ve been to. They’re busy, but they keep the line moving as quickly as they can.“
“Hands down best brunch place in Madison if you want something beyond a greasy spoon and that's not grossly overpriced. Dishes don't look big but then flavor, quality and how well it satiates you (because its not just drowned in fat and oil) jump out. Its the kind of place I don't want anyone to know about but we need to keep places like this alive and vibrant. You're not going to find a better space/ambience with a relaxed, cafe style approach (you order from the bar, can bring Coffee from Ledgers, no server checking in/bothering you).“
“Cashew chicken salad was too salty. I threw most of it awayI did tell them about it. I didn't ask for refund because I did eat some of it. No refund offered either but she aplogized and said it was probably the cashews. They were at the bottom of the container thus saltier.“
