Never have any flavors of ice cream!!! Ordered a sundae with chocolate ice cream and got rainbow sherbet instead!! They said they were out of chocolate!!! You wouldn’t ask or just refund!!! Hot fudge and cookies on top of rainbow sherbet! Rude employees!
Ordered chocolate shake and when I got to the window they said they are out of chocolate ice cream and asked if I'd be okay with a different flavor, and that was fine. They handed me my shake, that they just made and it was completely liquid. It was the consistency of milk you mix chocolate powder into. Tonight I ordered a sundae for $8 (outrageous) they didn’t have chocolate fudge and claimed to not have the Jamocha flavor even though I was looking right at it. Finally left and got home. No toppings THAT I PAID EXTRA FOR were on my sundae.
