“I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and updated the location was. The manager on duty was VERY attentive and went above and beyond with my friend when something was wrong with his order. She was very apologetic, quickly corrected the situation and even offered him something extra for his wait and patience. I said Okay, McDonalds! That's great service. It was nice to see all the youngsters working, no one playing on their phone, people singing and enjoying each other's company and focused on their work. It was refreshing. They made me smile and remember my days working at Hardee's at 16. They deserve more than a pat on the back.“

“I had a bottomless bloody mary 18.00. I had 2. :-) and butter burger was fantastic! Caramelized onions, beef patty, pork belly, marrow butter, special sauce, pickles and American cheese. It was tender juicy and the flavors were well balanced.“

“Came in on my break. Was welcomed in and chose a seat with a view away from people. Ordered the B.L.T.A. with fries. It was a serious sandwich and the fries were good. Service was friendly but slow, and my table and the ones around me were dirty. I would definitely come back and recommend it to others. Especially for the outdoor seating when the weather is nice. That’s a strong selling point for me.

“Our server Deon was great and every single thing we tried tasted sooooo good. We got a bunch of appetizers, a few different shakes and desserts and the wings, a burger and the pineapple Express burger with a chicken patty instead. This is a a place you could easily take non vegans and they would love it too. Highly suggest this place. Try everything you can!“

“Was never to Oscars before. I didn't expect that I'd be eating the greatest burger I've had in my Life. Meat was thick and juicy. Bun was clean and soft. Onion rings were hot with a firm dense crust. My friend and I were almost in disbelief. Staff was incredibly polite. Clientele, (place was packed), were well-mannered. I'll definitely be back. 10/10“

“We came with a party of 10 and 3 were children. We did have a reservation and they were able to give us 2 high chairs. We tried many dishes and everything was presented beautifully and was delicious. I mean every single thing we tried was amazing! Our server was wonderful. We had such a great experience!“

“I had the Philly cheesesteak and wedges. This could easily be a meal for two people, as the sandwich is a footlong
that is cut into two portions and is wrapped separately. Sandwich and wedges were served piping hot. Quality meat on the sandwich that was not greasy at all. Bread was toasted and the wedges were seasoned and battered. I was not disappointed.“

“I was first introduced to Layman Brewing on a quiet Sunday afternoon and have since made it my go to spot. If we are going to meet for dinner or brunch, chances are good I’m dragging you to Layman’s. I appreciate the skill and work these two put into brewing great beer and making yummy food. The fishfry with that tartar sauce is the best. Smash burgers for breakfast yes please! The bartenders are always crafting some delicious cocktails, and I mean crafting. If you’re still on the fence once Sarah comes around and entices you with her apple pie, you’ll be hooked! Go enjoy something delicious and soak up the friendly vibe for this little homegrown establishment.“

“Definitely an experience right up my alley! i was glad we went for lunch when it was slower so we were able to walk through the whole place and take in every room! One of a kind uniqueness! Food was good, prices were no more, no less than traditional restaurant and the atmosphere was 100% better! My only disappointment was that they were out of all their merchandise and you can't order anything online. We are visiting from Central NY so it's not loke I can go back to get what I wanted. i would have easily spent over $100 o. merchandise alone. that being said, I would 100% recommend this to anyone looking for a fun, meal that is a complete experience!“

“A favorite spot in Shorewood. Their drinks are great and the food is delicious. (Their Reuben sandwich that only comes around once a year is the best I’ve ever had. Wish they’d do that more often!). It can get crowded pretty quick, so I’d get there early if you’re able.“

The drink options were very varied and eclectic. I scored a lovely beer from Oregon that I don't usually see out and about and I was pleased by the option.
Overall, a great spot in Milwaukee with an expanded selection of brews and drinks and great fresh food options.“

“The breakfast is amazing. I found this place on a delivery app and have been hooked ever since. Consistent quality food and no mistakes. The omelets are great. The French toast and pancakes are also excellent. They have this cinnamon roll type French toast called “A Little Bit of France”. Just order it and enjoy.“
