(2) don't know if it's them or who trained them but 0 stars. it's a bread sandwich... a couple leaves of spinach and not a slice of tomatoes but just the skin part. 15$ for bread... they made the pumpkin cream drinks great.
making an edit to 5 stars for this starbucks. after seeing multiple tiktoks of the same sandwich it's definitely a greedy ceo problem that they skimp on sandwiches. now the employees are goin to hear rhe complaining cause of how they are trained to make them. 🙄“

“Was a little worried because I saw a lot of 1 star comments.
But I have to say this is one of the better McDonald's I have been to.
The place is huge and clean. Workers were sweeping and moping. The place looked excellent.
The food was served fast and fresh. The fries were hot, and everyone was nice. If I had to say one negative was that the ketchup dispenser wasn't working, so I had to use the small packets.
Other than that, it was a great experience.“

But if looking for croissants I’d recommend going after 10 am I was really looking forward to it but after waiting still wasn’t available and was told about 30 mins when I got there ! “I like MOKA. I mainly visit the East Towne Mall location because it's convenient for me. There is always going to be something bad and good about a coffee place. Prices are too high..a drink isn't made to my satisfaction..the Baristas are rude..etc. In my opinion if you are just going to complain about everything don't go out. Every coffee place does their best to interpret how specific someone wants their order to be. Every place does their best to be as pleasant as they can be given some of the rude customers that come through and do nothing but complain about this and that and take no accountability for maybe placing and order incorrectly and blame it elsewhere. Some of the stories I have heard about some customers makes me really wonder what world they live in by their actions. On the flip side I have heard stories of how staff can be towards customers. It works both ways. I purposefully visit the East Towne Mall location because I love the staff and their energy and personalities. All my visits are positive experiences. Love the drinks; especially the seasonal ones they come up with. Maybe once in a while a drink is off or not as I would like it but I am not a picky person and maybe it's just not my taste. I will drink it and tweak it next time or not order it. I have my go-to drinks that I really like and usually stick with. To me coffee is an art and everyone's is different; some alot more complicated than others but that's okay. To me the more complicated it is the more that can be off but to each their own. I love MOKA and especially this location. They try their best and have great personalities that make me want to visit their location. That is good enough for me.“

“Switching my review, as much as I love everyone here and love the coffee, the last 3 mornings I have tried going here I have waited over 30-40 mins for coffee through the drive through… I understand being busy and short staffed but this just seems really excessive. Today I waited for 20-25 mins and ended up having to leave because there were still 4 cars ahead of me…. I don’t know anyone that can wait 30-40 minutes for a coffee… sorry for any staffing changes but this really sucks! I don’t want to go to Starbucks or dunkin but I know I won’t be there more than 15 mins“

“Grace is the perfect coffee shop right in downtown Waunakee. The decor is incredible and perfectly on par with other Grace locations. The staff at Grace greet you as you come in and are eager to take your order. The environment provides a place to work or catch up with a friend. There is both indoor and outdoor seating with options for plugging in a laptop or relaxing in the comfy seats. Grace has become one of my favorite local coffee shops and I love that I can count on the great food, coffee, and service at all Grace locations.“

“The lady said that she is 80 years old but she looks about 60 to me. She is super friendly and prepared a cup of ginseng tea with other herb to me, during the time she introduced ginseng products to me. There are many different kinds of ginseng products including completed root. I only brought 10 bags of 8 oz ginseng small root. Recommended“

“Great spot - good wifi and nice atmosphere, great coffee drinks! Kid and family friendly, there were cute kids in there just playing a little while their parents chatted and enjoyed coffee. Good cafe to get some work done, that is why we were there, just wanted a not-too-quiet spot.“

“PJ is the man!! I ordered a large apple crisp oatmilk shaken espresso, wrap and sandwich at approximately 5:30PM. The line was long and continued to be for another 40+ minutes. PJ and his coworker did a wonderful job keeping up with the orders.. I sat on my phone while enjoying my drink and food while also watching PJ in awe. I felt so bad for how busy he was.. it does not seem easy at all to accommodate so many people and orders! Wanted to give a shoutout to these 2 especially PJ! Thank you for your SPECTACULAR service.“

“I drove cross town to get my favorite seasonal drink this morning and because it’s a bit complicated it turned wrong. Unfortunately I was in a hurry to get to a workout and couldn’t go back to have it fixed. I stopped back later and explained the situation and how disappointed I was after driving across town to get it while supplies last. Milo was very patient and understanding. He offered to remake my drink and asked me to make sure it was accurate before leaving. We apologized for complaining and he reassured us that there is being kind and complaining and being rude. I will be asking for him next time!“
