“Was a really fun New Years eve that I attended 5 J's. If you're looking for a low key and cheap bar to have some drinks this place is it. Only problem was no mask enforcement or social distancing but I dunno how you're supposed to enforce that in a crowded bar.“

“Start off with pricing. Yes burgers start off at $10 and go up but they also give 25% off for vets and also law and fire responders and maybe others. HATS OFF to owner to do this. I will gravitate to this eatery over others to support their business! Thank you for recognizing those that have risked and continue to risk their own safety for others who sadly may never recognize it.
Burgers are also 1/3# and not 1/4#.
Next comes atmosphere. The outdoor dining was well shaded. Could have had 5 stars is maybe they had music. maybe.....??
I ordered mushroom swiss and other had left coast burger that starts with CAL. Can't stand to type it out, hate the state.
My burger had just the right amount of cheeze and 'shrooms. Taste was not over-powering like other places. Chips were chips. Fries were golden brown, def. not over-cooked again like other places. Bev was tall cold 1919 root beer. Very nice.
Other burger was said to be the best burger of that type of burger my companion ever had in long time!!
Burgers are not made to order, are made well done as places don't allow ppl to try and harm themselves with eating rawish meat. Though it was well done, was still juicy.
Don't recall any dessert on menu. Maybe other places sell ice cream?? I would LUV to see shakes on menu. It was shut down place across street and other place down street 1/4 mile.
Waitress was asking through meal if food was good and if anything more was needed.
If I could suggest one more thing, it would be to get Heinze name-brand catsup which is corn syrup-free. Yes its more $$$ but ppl do recognize those little things of detail. Maybe offer it as a side thing. I would pay extra to get served that instead of canned catsup.
We went there at 5-6p during weekend. Was not crowded. Handicap assessable dining area. Dining sets are all metal with chairs bolted on to tables. Don't recall any for wheelchairs. Did not go into restroom which is located in back building.,
Total bill for three burgers, three drinks, one being a beer and one order of fries added to basket: $55.
Parking: Plenty of off-street parking. Lot north of biz is free. Lot just south may be paid parking. Street slots are free. All has 3 hr time limit.“
