“Hey just letting you guys know you have the best sandwiches in the world! But my last 2 visits you've gotten parts of sandwiches mixed up, and they can't be the best if they're wrong.....

Our take-out order from 2 months ago had 2 sandwiches labeled as eachother's instead of theirselves, no way to fix that when we found out each getting home 1.5 hours away from each other..... And this weekend we watched our take-out get made and it seemed like the person pulling them out of the oven was mixing them up, sure enough half of our 2 sanwiches had half of the toppings the other was supposed to have - big problem for those allergic to mayo or lettuce when you put those on half of their sandwich and leave the other sandwich order without those.....

Still love your food and will continue to visit because it's too dang good but your cooking staff NEEDS to pay better attention building sandwiches“

“Eau Claire Cheese & Deli consistently has excellent sandwiches (and soup) every time I go there. My favorite sandwich is The Cheese House. It is hearty, with a delicious balance of flavors and textures. The staff is always friendly no matter how busy they are.“

“I showed up right at closing time on Tuesday the 29th with my girls, one which has a gluten allergy, the lady working the counter was very nice and took the food allergy very seriously, put her team to work and got us the food, great service and attitude. Keep up the great service.“

“First time eating at a jersey mikes. Our order was taken fast. The sandwhich I got did not have that much flavor. It was roast beef, turkey, bacon, cheese, mayo, onion, tomato, and the relish. The bread was good. I personally would choose jimmy johns or subway over them in the future.
The staff was friendly. The tables were all pretty dirty and we had to wipe them down before eating.“
