“We just had a private event last night. There were 34 of us that had an amazing time. We had a special menu with cocktail demonstrations and fun. Such a great atmosphere! Plenty of space for all at the bar or at the table. The food was amazing. Everyone in our group felt special! The shop is such a bonus to sample and purchase what you know you like. We will be back! “Just had my first breakfast at Mary's. It was very good. The skillet I had was tasty, cooked perfectly and was nice and hot. The servers were very friendly and efficient, they came around numerious times asking if we wanted anything else and filled the coffee cups regularly. “Well I have been here a few times a few years ago, Sneaker Burger is always so good! This time I brought several para-athletes. There was one low table, however, they brought a folding table out to accommodate our group which was awesome!
The food, well, I know it's been a few years but the Sneaker burger was still great. The chips that came with were more bits and pieces. My BF got a cheeseburger and onion rings. Onion rings were really good. The chicken choke wrap was good.
It's a bar so keep in that in mind...not a place for salad.
I was surprised that with the burger there was additional cost for mayo, lettuce, tomato and onion on the burger. Had that been noted we wouldn't have opted on one of the burgers.
The service, while friendly, was not attentative for drinks (I had to get up and ask for refill and water). It was about 230 so I think the bartender was running.
Will I be back next time I am in the area? Yes, again, the sneaker burger is delicious, however, I hope I remember the nickle-diming.“

I called Monday on my lunch break and they said they don't take reservations and to call back the morning of around 11am so that I can put my name down for the dinner rush for that evening. So, I call back today around 11am, like I was told and was told they can't do that. If they're full there will still be a wait and that they're not sure why someone told me to call because they're "call ahead" wait list doesn't start until about 4:30pm/5pm. She said she would just add me to that list when they start it later tonight. Then I call back to let them know that my party had gotten a little smaller, as a courtesy to them, and I was told they had no knowledge that I had ever even called!!! Three phone calls were made and no communication was passed along. Red Robin, please learn how to communicate with each other. Train your staff on your policy for your "call ahead" dinner wait list so that every employee is on board of how it works. I found somewhere else to go to that GUAREENTED no wait for us. I highly suggest you use your down time when you're not busy to get better organized. Also, when I told Jessica, the manager, that it's fine and we would just find somewhere else to go, she simply replied with, "that's fine and have a great night." She expected me to know the names of all the people I talked to. Umm, shouldn't you know my name and party information since I've called three times? “The staff was excellent!!!! Now getting your hands dry after washing them - Terrible!!!! Paper Towel holder that was full wouldn’t put out towels and I can blow more air out of my mouth than their Super Small hand dryer put out!!!! As for the Food, the Fish was good last night, but was given the wrong fry’s, and didn’t like drink selection on the pop machine. Now I also bought a Rueben sandwich for work today and I think it has to be the second best that I’ve ever hand in life for Corned Beef.“

Margaritas for days (friends had Coconut, Skinny & Something Amigo(?) which they all said were delicious. We also got the Chips & Trio dips: yummy salsa with a good hint of apice (not overpowering so that you sweat or burn your mouth), queso (white with little flavor), and decent guacamole.
