“I have been a regular for years and have always ordered to go. Tonight I called to place an order and you're not doing to go's. by no means am I saying people shouldn't go there they absolutely should your food is great. I've just never had this happen before in years of ordering and I definitely think it's a flaw to the business. yall missed out on a good $100 order. lol the reason for no to go's was on busy weekends you dont do togos. totally fine. but could you maybe include that in a post in the future? I'm honestly so bummed I'm missing your dinner. I'm just super autistic when it comes to eating. lbvs so I'm struggling now to figure out how to feed myself and my dad who I care for 😭😭😭 food is always awesome, workers are always great. a heads up of no to go orders would make you perfect 💜 also love your non alcoholic options for people who don't drink.“

“The food that we got (hummus plate and salad) was really good! I was disappointed, though, that the online menu didn’t match the menu in restaurant. As a vegetarian, I was really counting on the mushroom flatbread being available and it was not so we skipped entrees and stuck to appetizers.

Good service, though, and they were running a 25 cent beer deal!“

“I wanted to hold off on reviewing until we sampled more of the menu but we never have expanded our choices beyond the German dishes, which are fantastic. Between a variety of schnitzels, rouladen, sauerbraten and assorted wursts, as well as pork hocks, we've yet to try their 'grill' selections though we hear good things about their steaks and seafood as well.

The German side dishes, spaetzle, dumplings, red cabbage, potato pancakes and salad are delicious too.

We've never had anything but terrific service and value is spot on as we never leave hungry.

PJ's has been our go to for German for a few years now and we always look forward to our next visit.

“This is one fantastic drive in. I grew up area, and came here as much as possible. Now, i live over 2 hours away and try to get back 2-3 times a season. Your choice from hamburgers, steak sandwich (ground up steak meat and made into patties), grilled chicken, etc., you will not be disappointed whatsoever you order. All served on a hard roll and lots of butter. Their sides are also great. Don't forget to get their root beer (take a gallon home with you).“

“Quite the interesting interior. Definitely takes you back in time. Was able to go up to the tower. Friend caught orbs on her pictures. Definitely spirits here. Dinner was great. Had chicken Marsala and German Potato salad. Both hot and delicious“

“A favorite place of ours. Warm & friendly ćrowd & staff. Our hostess Ani, was lovely & very welcoming. Old Fashions were great. Food was hot & lots of choices on the buffet.Terrific salad bar & soup. Our waitress was Jada & she was very pleasant & attentive. A terrific experience..we will certainly be back. We travel about 40 minutes each way to enjoy the Altona.“
