It has been a while since we visited Altona SupperClub in New Holstein. We have always enjoyed our past visits and decided to let them cook for us for New Years Eve 2023. My husband and I came here for their brunch buffet on a Sunday. The dining room was busy but not packed. There is ample seating, and it's not crowded. The decor was typical supper club decor. They had 3 tables fiull of hot and cold choices. The salad bar was full of fresh veggies and toppings. I loaded up my plate with salad and chose a cup of chicken dumpling soup. Was in the area antiquing and decided to try Altona. Went a little before 5pm Saturday and the lot was pretty full. However, we were able to get seated right away. Staff was all very friendly and the buffet had a great selection for a good price. Staff was constantly watching to pull empty plates and refill drinks. The only suggestion I have would be to spread the tables out a little more. If we end up in th area in the future, would definitely go again.
