“Everything was amazing. I got off a 12 hour shift and was hungry and called around and found that they were open until 10. Gave me enough time to change. We were greeted with kind, smiling faces. They were nice and I will remember next time I get off at 8 and want a great meal. The food was delicious and drinks were on point. Thank you“

“I love this place!! We first visited with our friends who live nearby and we loved it. Then we bought a house close by and have visited many times since. It’s always good, so much to choose from and great pizza. Love to take our friends and family there as well. You can’t go wrong with Ala Roma!“

“I stopped in for a quick lunch today between appointments. I knew I didn’t want fast food and I didn’t think I wanted a burger. I was wrong! I needed their 11:11 Smashburger! Literally the best Smashburger I’ve ever had! Great service. Super clean place, and great food! I’ll be back!“

“I'm not from the area but was recommended this place, from two other people witin days, for pizza. Nothing special from the outside or inside. Locals were friendly. I knew the pizza must be great when the people at the bar, that we were sitting next to, didn't even offer a slice! You order at the back of the place where I saw 3 oven doors with at least a dozen pizzas cooking. Worth the wait. My first bite was crunchy just the way I like my pizza. Cut in squares and delicious. A no frills place that takes pride in their pizza!“

“We generally go out for lunch on Sundays with family. We were there around 11:30 AM. The server will fantastic. The food was delicious, as usual. The server removed dishes so that as we continued to chat, we didn't have dirty dishes in front of us. Yes, we always sit and chat after lunch and catch up with the rest of the family. The restaurant wasn't very busy at the time or we wouldn't have sat and chatted.“

“Out for a Saturday drive, looking for outdoor dining in the FDL area. Sadly, there aren't many choices. Stopped by Sunset and were pleasantly surprised to see their nice sized patio open for dining, right on the lake. VERY friendly and prompt service. Nice menu, including a personal favorite, gyros and even gyro salad. Will make it a stop in the future for food and drinks.“

“I think other restaurants should take notes. There is so much food that we had to take some home. The dishes to take the food home were plastic. Now I can watch the co-workers watch me reheat the food with envy.“
