“If you're looking for a high quality breakfast and a good cup of coffee at a fair price served by a good and caring staff then this is the place to go. Everything on the menu is like having breakfast at Grandma's house. When you're done eating you just feel better.“
“Good salsa, with fresh tomatoes and veggies added. Guacamole was delicious. Food was basically good. My only ‘complaint’ is that the food not all “picante’ - NO spice and not much flavor. Kind of dull for a Mexican place. Maybe it’s because of FondduLac wanting it that way, but I used to go to Casa de Tequila and they had spice. In Arizona, a lot of places make a Red sauce picante, and green more mild…but I’d encourage you to add SOME spiciness to your food. Without it, it’s pretty dull and not flavorful. Or make a part of menu with picante food, traditional Mexican, not all Gringo Mexican. Otherwise your food was good….but mas picante!!!!!Parking: Plenty of parkingWheelchair accessibility: Easy access for wheelchair users. Two people using wheel chairs were there when we were!“
“We went on an extremely busy evening. Everyone was super friendly, food was excellent and the drinks were really well done. I get a Cosmopolitan and some bartenders honestly can't make it that well. Mine was exceptional. The tiny bartender was really nice even though she was super busy. Our waiter was very personable and fun to talk to. It was late I'm sure they were all tired and wanted to be done but they treated us superb. We went to a lot of other places that were full also but they would give us no eye contact because I think they wanted to go home lol. Everyone was busy that night we went to five places and Theo's was the only place that treated us like family even though they had a help wanted sign out side and they were understaffed. They were all smiling and working their butts off. We actually had a wonderful time and great service that kind of put the cherry on top of our evening. It was getting kind of depressing going from restaurant to restaurant from Appleton then down to Fond du Lac on our way home. We were starving by the time we got to Theo's and they were just wonderful. I don't remember what the soup was but it was absolutely fantastic. I had Chilean sea bass it was excellent and my husband had the steak. Their cheesecake was really out of this world. I don't like cheesecake and I ordered my own after I saw my husband's?“
“So glad we decided to give this place a try tonight. The food was awesome and they even called us to make sure our special request of no pork in one order was fulfilled correctly. Portion size and price was excellent also. We'll definitely be back.“
“We were looking for a good Friday fish fry in the Oshkosh area and Wendt's did not disappoint! No wonder the wait was about an hour: this was one of the best fish fries we have had. Lightly battered cod pieces were perfectly fried. Waffle fries and sweet potato fries were great, and you can't beat pint-glass old fashioneds for only six bucks! Definitely worth the visit even if you need to go out of your way to get there!“
“It was AMAZING!! My first time ever eating a steak WITHOUT A1 sauce!!!! I couldn’t believe how good it was!!! I ordered a tenderloin with Sautéed shrimp, and baked potato! My daughter had the kids Mac & cheese, and it was also AMAZING !!! So inlove with this place!! So happy my friends invited me :))))PS….. We requested a table by the window and Omggggg the sunset was just beautiful!!!! ?“
“Everything I could have hoped for, and more. Service was amazing and the food was awesome. Portion size was huge! Thank goodness for to-go boxes. Might've regretted getting an appetizer if it hadn't been so tasty. Then, the cheese soup seriously lived up to all the great reviews. We could've made a meal out of just the soup! Hubby had a stir fry (special) and I went with classic fried shrimp (they were HUGE, haha). Tonight was a lil splurge on our way to see all the holiday lights at Lakeside Park and Salty's made it so special.“
