We had breakfast here everyday while staying in Gill's Rock. Don't miss the Eggs Benedict. Great oj. Asked for hash browns with peppers and onions--omgoodness--they were great. We also had dinner our first night--Can't get lake perch at home. It was very good and plentiful. Had a lunch from the serving another day in our room. I'm not much for jam on toast, but enjoyed the chopped cherry they serve so much I bought a jar to take home.
This place is a definite must do, if you are in door county!! We didnt eat anywhere but here, when we went for the weekend. They have the most amazing breakfast i have ever had!! Dano's Favorite, with poached eggs! Put those eggs on your whitefish and break the yolk!! Also, you have to try the homemade donuts! They have THE best CHERRY JAM! Bought 8 pints to take home and gift to family(might eat it all before i get to hand them out!!) Then, they have their legendary fish boil....read full review

Ate lunch there today. I ordered chili which a not so friendly waitress brought out immediately. That was nice but my husbands patty melt didn’t come out for at least 15 minutes after I’d finished my chili. Food was okay but service not anything to brag about.
