“When in Door County we try to stop at the Shoreline for a Whitefish dinner. Some of the best if not the best in Door County. It is at the end of Door County so plan on a nice drive up to Gills Rock. In the fall the view of the colors is a plus to the great food. The service is always friendly. They have more then Whitefish for those non fish people. It is well worth the drive.“

“Ate too quickly to get a picture. I am vegan and it is very rare that a non-vegan restaurant offers an actually filling and delicious meal for me. I had the vegetable hash with vegan sausage and it was FABULOUS. Tons of flavor- veggies cooked to perfection with lots of flavor and pickled beets to top it off. The vegan sausage was unreal- I almost was thinking it was real meat for a second. I highly recommend! :)“

“We tried to eat WT in Fish Creek but the wait was long, ended up taking a carry out and beer to the park, we weren't sure what to expect, place looked lovely, bar outside was great especially the bartender from St. Charles ( hey girl! we made it back to Chicago and possibly see You this Fall! ) ... pizza was TO DIE FOR!!! We got the FUN-GUY and wow wow wow, great job guys😍 we'll be back!“

“There are several Italian restaurants in Door County. And yet, once again, there I was...in the land of whitefish and walleye. Eating pasta from my very favorite place to eat pasta. I swear these people have an Italian chef being held hostage in a cooler full of perch....Creating absolutely insane pasta dishes. Like the current special which involves Green goddess sauce with pistachio and I'm pretty sure... fairy dust. Oh, and have I mentioned the cocktail creations? My latest was made with gin infused with baobob. (Oh ... and the seafood is awesome too)“

“They were not serving food the day that we dropped in. We tried the Cherry Old Fashioned . You can join the Bitters club if you are adventurous, or try throwing a dollar bill at the ceiling to make it stick. The staff was very nice. It was a great way to kill some time.😊“

“Sara who answered the phone to take our reservation was so friendly, helpful and so sweet! We ate inside and it was so good. We had the salmon and steak and both were amazing! The bread was so good as well as the side salad. It was our 1st time trying LURE and it was 10/10 and we will be back!! Can’t wait to try everything on the menu as it looked top notch… keep doing an amazing job LURE! Even with it being such a busy weekend- service was quick and top notch!!“

“Love coming here when I am in Door County with friends and family. I always try a flight of cider, but recently discovered their vinegar as well and bought some pear vinegar. This was a lot like balsamic but with a yellow hue. Excited to try!“
