“We had a buffet lunch at Bullwinkle’s May 2, 2025, to celebrate my wife’s life. There were about 60 guests. Everything was excellent! It was more than expected. The food choices were great and the meal was outstanding. Management and staff treated us like members of their own families. They were not intrusive or hovering and provided loving care for this special occasion. They even allowed us to bring specialty desserts, for which they provided plates, utensils and carry-out containers. It was very reasonably priced. I was so impressed that I am posting this on several websites. In addition to all the superlatives above, I would rate them 5 out of 5 stars – higher! Did I say exemplary? Most highly recommended. “Came here a few weeks ago for dinner. We have been meaning to try it here and finally made a point to stop. My boyfriend and I shared sweet potato fries and das Brat. Wow! We were very impressed with the taste and quality. Everything that was being brought out around us looked amazing, as well. We wanted to try it all. Our bartender was super friendly too! The space is super cool, has a large bar, lots of tabletop seating and also outside seating area. We will definitely be back. The food here is far superior to anything you will get in Luxe golf bays, so if you are going there thinking you will get food, just save yourself some time/money and stop here first!“

“I had a great experience at this establishment. The owner greeted me at the door with a smile. The server also greeted me with a smile. They sat me down and explained the special menu and the regular menu. I figured out what I wanted. I love that they have wheat pancakes. I got blueberry. If we are going to meet for dinner or brunch, chances are good I’m dragging you to Layman’s. I appreciate the skill and work these two put into brewing great beer and making yummy food. The fishfry with that tartar sauce is the best. Smash burgers for breakfast yes please! The bartenders are always crafting some delicious cocktails, and I mean crafting. “My husband and I haven’t had Webb’s in more than a few years after moving out of the area. We found ourselves in Milwaukee and noticed this location was one that was open so we took the little drive out to sunny slope. Monica was our waitress and she was absolutely amazing every step of the way. She introduced herself by name right away, shared all of the soups and specials with us, engaged with us while we ate, offered us dessert, and more all while working with other tables. I was very impressed by her and was super grateful for this experience at a Webb’s again after many years. The burgers were great, as usual, and so was the soup. The food was hot drinks or cold. and just a pleasant human being to deal with so Joseph was amazing. He also gave me a small discount even though it was my mistake and my fault so first time going to Caribou coffee definitely coming back because of Joseph.“

Also, tried the cheese fries. 😋 When we learned SS was out of the peppermint bark shake (how I don't know? Do you run out of peppermint?), the young lady at the counter was apologetic.
