Sadly, I have since moved far away and have not found any semblance of this "Holy Grail" of tortas! Elated to see they still offer it. “My husband, my two boys, and I LOVE this place. The hour drive we take to come to Crumbl Cookies is SO worth it. We've been to two different locations in Madison and they are both absolutely FABULOUS! The customer service has always been outstanding. The staff are so welcoming, patient, and always smiling! “We were looking for Brownies for our wedding dessert and thank goodness we found The Baled Lab. They were wonderful and so easy to work with! The brownies… to die for!!! It was so hard narrowing down which ones to choose for the wedding. We also got a small Salted Carmel cake which was delicious and exactly what we wanted. It was the end of the day, so immediately the employees were apologetic about the "limited amount of items available". There were PLENTY of items available and every one of them was absolutely delicious. We were able to try their butterscotch chocolate chip bars, salted caramel brownies, and two of their cupcake flavors. We are typically not dessert people, but absolutely cannot wait to return, due to the unparalleled baked goods and the exceptional customer service! “This cafe has many delicious options for food. It however does not have celiac safe options. The cross contamination is too high. They do note this if you call them by stating that they can't guarantee there isn't. But I would not eat here if you have celiacs because I did twice and it made me incredibly sick. Again the food in my opinion is delicious, it just isn't celiacs safe.“

“Right off the bat, parking is street parking and free. However, if you get lucky this place does have like a two car parking lot.

This place has lots of sweets to buy. There's lots to choose from such as sweet red bean bread, Chinese donuts, sesame balls, pork filled buns, etc. My advice is to get there early so the sweets are fresh and still available. They tend to run out of the more popular items like sesame balls early.

If you're not into sweets, they do have a limited food menu you can order from. The food is not your typical American Chinese food, which if you're looking for more authentic Chinese food, this us the place. Expect things like dishes cooked with tendon or intestines. They do have your typical chinese dishes as well.

Overall would recommend for sweets and more authentic Chinese food.“

I crossed my fingers and sent in an order. Elisa worked with me to make sure I got exactly the cake I wanted at the time I needed it. To say the cake was beautiful is an understatement. “Melissa made all of the desserts for my wedding on 5/21/22 and they were all AMAZING. I was actually a bit disappointed that there were no leftovers! I have Celiacs disease, and Melissa was even able to make everything gluten free - cake, cake pops, Oreo balls, and pie bars...wow! The dessert displays and the cake decorations were also beautiful. We got so many compliments on the desserts, and Melissa was so easy to work with. Thank you, Melissa!“

“I've loved this peak of mall food location for my whole life, and lemme tell ya pal, these guys are great. Multiple times I would go there in my usual comfy attire. Third eye, goth dress, cat ears and tail, just my everyday. And I was treated with up most respect and kindness like every other customer. No weird glances or comments at all! Those are the things I'd get in a Walmart, but not Auntie Anne's.

They got my back with their fantastic pretzel dogs. They're always hot and ready, almost like it was just for me. But oh ho ho, get ready for this, if you haven't had a strawberry smoothie from here? Gaw I can't tell you in perfect words just how wondrous my first one was. I just had a food-gasm about it frankly. You should get one if you love a tasty cold fruity drink.

The photo is from just last week when I was enjoying a lovely picnic with a pal of mine. However, side story, the mall security seemed to not like the idea. Allow me to vent/explain;

Mall security walked up to us within ten minutes or so and said that we had to keep shoes on and could only eat in the food court. We weren't being loud or messy, we were on the carpeted resting area on top of my blanket, we kept the food close to us so it wouldn't get on the floor. Tbh the only thing they should've reasonably held us for was the fact that I was sort of in the way of one of the benches. But that's it. Plus, I have sensory issues as an autistic customer so eating where all the noise and heat was wouldn't have worked for me.

Needless to say, we chose to eat our yummy food outside the mall after that. Didn't wanna cause trouble with the rules as I really like this Auntie Anne's location.

“When you walk in, the smell from the bakery hits you. It is amazing! We had a big struggle deciding on what to get. So many options to tempt us! The prices were impressively low as well.
The grocery looked pretty good. We weren't there for groceries, so I can't really comment. They did have some ground coffee for good prices that I could see trying.
The restaurant consisted of a few tables. I want to give that a try sometime. It looks very inviting.“

All of the employees are so knowledgeable about dosage, and will give you honest, helpful advice if you’re unsure. The location is always spotless, and the game options are so much fun. They had a great selection of just about anything you could think of, omelette, pancakes, scrambles, skillets, etc. My boyfriend said they were some of the best pancakes he’d ever had. My omelette was good, wasn’t out of this world but it was cheesy and had a nice balance of every ingredient. I would loved a little more ham. Very good for a quick bite, they are fast and efficient! Definitely will come again, looking forward to trying more of the menu.“

The staff is always pleasant, even though they are usually one person doing everything! - it's pretty amazing. The coffee is on point, and the teas. I love the affordable handmade earrings for sale! And the high ceilings but classic style of the space takes me out of Madison for a moment and makes this a perfect place to settle in when the days are short, it's cold, and the Midwest winter moves in.“
