“The Atwood is great. They are firm believers in keeping their guests entertained. They have Wiis and other video games around with plenty of controllers to play plenty of drop-in style games.

We rented their basement last year for an event and it was great.“

I got the loaded potatoes with pulled pork which I would recommend after trying a little bit of everything else that my friends ordered. We also got the mocha cold brew, creme brulee cold brew, and the vanilla berry to drink. All of which were very tasty (and sweet).“

“The Tiki is a great place to have a drink and watch the sunset over Lake Monona. It's a beautiful lakefront property, like a big back yard. The bar is full service. Food is available, usually on Friday and weekends. Military fundraiser, burgers, brats are there, sometimes a food cart. They also have occasional live music. A schedule is available online. Very low key atmosphere. A nice summertime place to go.“

“Love the rustic indrustrialized interior. The outdoor beer garden is absolutely charming with grape vines and lights. Staff are all very friendly and attentive. Really enjoyed the Strawberry Fields cocktail and the freshly made Ellsworth cheese curds. Can't wait to go back and try more!“

“My girlfriend and I went to get some food at Wahlburgers and ordering was fast. No line. I had my food surprisingly fast but she had to wait for quite a while. Turns out it was a mix up in the kitchen. It really wasn't a big issue but they comped her meal and upgraded it for free. The cook came out and apologized for the mistake. The food was very good and worth the wait. I told them it was no big deal and we will be coming back for sure !!

Parking: They have a good size parking lot. Lots of spaces.

Pool tables were on free when we were there but are a little steep at $1.50 a game normally. 2 golden tee machines, 2 dart boards. Outdoor volleyball. Fries were good but the food is just prefrontal and cooked. Will go again. People were all personable and didn't treat us as outsiders.“

“The Weary Traveler was a nice little joint we found during our recent vacation in Madison Wisconsin. It had a menu of sandwiches as well as other assorted main courses. I started with an appetizer of a Wisconsin Meat And Cheese platter which came with an assortment of artisan meats and cheeses as well as some crostinis. There was also some mustard and preserves as well. This was all really delicious with the bleu cheese being my personal favourite. I tried fome baked buffalo wings for my main course which were fairly large and had decent flavour. Not the greatest wings I've ever had but quite good all the same. My wife really loved her Rueben sandwich as well. The decor was really unique and the service was excellent. It definitely fed these weary travelers quite well.“

“It's hard to know where to start. First they have Guinness on tap they have harp on tap they have some incredible drink selections but let's go away from there and go to the food I only had the basically the fish and chips the batter was incredibly light it was not greasy it didn't detract in a fish the fish inside was amazing the chips were great decent french fries fresh as opposed to cook for 2 hours before the coleslaw was superb they've been a two slices of rye bread with it the rest of the menu looked very good it had sandwiches anywhere from 12:00 to $19 main meals anywhere from 22 to 42 or higher market price steak whatever that means in English and the appetizers look amazing so I'd recommend it if you're going to be in a first class hotel in Madison Wisconsin which isn't going to happen to everyone and barely happen to me I recommend this place it's got aesthetics and Keith and they do wear masks“

“Still one of my favorite dive bars in Wisconsin. Had a pretty good burger this time too. Got to pet a couple of good dogs and was able to enjoy a pair of reasonably priced beers. Glad to see some things have stayed awesome since I left this beautiful town.“

“Great place to take anyone visiting Madison! They have all of the must-haves for Wisconsin as well as something for vegans and vegetarians. There is no parking as it is located on a street designed to be walked on. Indoor and outdoor seating with a lot of charm.“
