A staple of downtown Fond du Lac, you can not go wrong at this place. Great service, awesome food, and always a fun time. 5/5 stars!
Jordan is a amazing!
Chicken Mac wrap was soooo good! Hit the spot! The fried pickles slapppped!! They were fire! Also our waitress was a tiny girl very polite and attentive. My only complaint is on the coliseum chips were flavorless and stale? Not a good choice for a side for my partner or I. Would not recommend those! All other aspects were wonderful!! The limited time drink “hypnotized” was DANGEROUS!! So good!!

Coliseum Sports Bar and Grill is a lively spot to catch a game or dine with friends and family. The menu offers a variety of options, including fried pickles, chicken quesadillas, BBQ Mac and cheese, and burgers. The atmosphere is energetic, with many TVs, two bars, and plenty of seating. The food consistently receives praise, with favorites like the 1/2 naked curds, fried pickle chips, southwest rolls, taco salad, taco wrap, and bacon and ranch chicken wrap. The food is the main reason many customers keep coming back.
The service, however, has received mixed reviews. Some customers appreciate the bartender's excellent service, describing it as A1. On the other hand, experiences with other staff members have been less positive, with reports of poor customer interaction, lack of greetings, smiles, or small talk. One recent visit involved a call-in order for 1/2 naked curds, fried pickle chips, and southwest rolls. The customer faced difficulties paying with a virtual gift card on Google Pay and was ignored when trying to clarify the payment process. During pickup, the staff member handed over the food without any greeting or interaction, ignoring questions about tipping and showing little friendliness.
Despite the service issues, the quality of the food remains high, and the staff in the kitchen and some servers are appreciated. Some customers have decided not to call in for pickup anymore, feeling that the service does not reflect the welcoming atmosphere one might expect. The restaurant's owner or management may want to address these customer service concerns to ensure a better experience for all guests.
