I was disappointed with the customer service, which was rude and demonstrated poor communication skills. The burger was average, at best. Honestly, it tasted cheaper than the burgers offered by Burger King or McDonald's. The shakes were a major letdown, as they lacked any discernible flavor. Great nostalgic atmosphere with super friendly wait staff. Outdoor seating area is like eating in a park with big shady trees and picnic tables, even small kids' tables. We brought the dog and ordered a cheeseburger for her. The staff knew it was for the dog so they made it with no bun inside a container so she could eat out of it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
Had to stop in on a return trip to Fondy. Grew up in Fondy and spent lots of time at Giles back in High School. Delicious ice cream, just like I remember it from many years ago.
