Unsure why they have such bad reviews. We stopped on a trip back to Chicago - people were friendly, store was clean, food was fantastic and portions were great. Overall one of the best Panda’s we’ve had.
The food was decent amazing customer service great portion!!!
Ordered take out for 2 and always have enough for lunch and dinner, delicious and fast.

Panda Express is a reliable fast food option, outshining McDonald's but not quite reaching the top tier. The restaurant is clean and bright, with friendly and hardworking staff. Employees are known for their dedication, especially Madison and Eve. Although it can be a popular spot and sometimes customers may have to wait, the food is consistently hot, fresh, and tasty. The orange chicken remains a popular choice, while the beef & broccoli is also worth trying. The rice is always cooked to perfection, and the prices are good. Customers appreciate that the food reheats well too. There is attention to cleanliness, with sanitizer available for wiping down tables, although some feel that cleaning could be done more efficiently. Overall, the service is great, with staff showing excellent customer service, which is much appreciated.
