“We've eaten at some great and some horrible breakfast places. Both of our entrees were really good. I had the crepes and the crepes were thick enough that they didn't fall apart, with fresh blueberries and lots of them and like a massive amount of whipped cream covering them. No syrup needed. Hubby had the biscuits and gravy with poached eggs. He said it was a unique take on a normal dish and it was flavorful. He said it was very yummy, lol. I also had a side of crispy bacon. The server was super friendly, like she treated us like family friendly. It was so refreshing. Prices were reasonable. Definitely give them a try.“
“We go to Stage Coach on occasion. It is always very good. Like many places I don’t stray too far from the things I like. The French onion soups is excellent one of the best I’ve had at a supper club or any restaurant, the sirloin and ribeye are excellent cuts and always done as requested. I love the au gratin potatoes they are just creamy enough without being soupy. I like to add shrimp they aren’t the best in the world, but we’re in WI. I highly advise making a reservation. Great restaurants are a bit hit and miss here so they book up quickly. There isn’t a shortage of restaurants around here, but there is a shortage of consistently great restaurants.“
“Hands down, this is the BEST chile relleno I've had in my entire life and I'm not young!! Get the tamales as well! You won't regret it. Mmmmm. My mouth right now is jealous of my mouth 30 seconds ago when it had chile relleno in it.“
“3 different types of homemade salsa along with chips at the beginning of the meal, good ethnic music, laid back atmosphere, fantastic food at a great price. This has become my new favorite place to eat in whitewater. I’ve been there a handful of times with consistent results.“
“Took my family here to celebrate her birthday. Edgewater offered a unique experience while maintaining the underpinnings of the traditional Wisconsin super club. She had the corn beef special with mashed potatoes, cabbage, and carrots. The boys each had salmon which they enjoyed and appreciated the natural flavoring. And I had the lamb. The Old Fashions were spot on and I always appreciate a place going Royal Crown cola over the more common options. Our server was friendly and we appreciated him explaining the specials and other menu options. It is worth the trip.“
“Everything about the bar is excellent, old fashions, service and atmosphere. We spent 45 mins waiting for our table. No ones fault. Then we spent 45 mins at the table with only drinks. I asked for a bread basket and was told "That comes with the soup and salad." Prime rib and full racks of ribs were excellent. French onion soup was delightful. However, I had the scallops. For $40 they were a disappointment. They weren't very large and def overdone. We finished with peanut butter pie and it was well worth the price of ? Forgot it on the bill and I let that ride.“
“Was itching for some good salmon and came across this place. While I was initially hesitant I am so glad we followed through and came here. Not only was the food delicious, the atmosphere was warm and the server was amazing. Even the chef had come out to check on our meal. 10 out of 10 recommend coming here. Absolutely perfect dinner date spot.“
