A visionary. An icon. A leader. Each dish somehow outdid the last. That Waygu? I will be dreaming about it for months. It was so indulgent it should require a warning label. I’m fairly certain food p0rN was invented for that exact bite. Then came the noodle debate: Pad Thai vs. Drunken Noodles. Carli said she prefers the drunken noodles, and at this point she had not steered us wrong once — so obviously we followed her lead. Now let me just say, I once took a cooking class in Thailand and made drunken noodles myself. I’ve tasted the real deal. And this version? Hands down the best I’ve had in the U.S. No question. We added shrimp, and they were light, juicy, perfectly cooked — not a single rubbery overachiever in the bunch. Absolute perfection. We wrapped it up with a hazelnut tiramisu situation. I don’t remember the exact name because we inhaled it in approximately 18 seconds. It never stood a chance. Long story short: completely, wildly worth it. My boyfriend and I live in Madison and we both agreed we will absolutely be making the drive down just to eat here again. We came for our anniversary. We left planning our next visit. And Carli? She deserves a raise, a trophy, and possibly her own holiday.“

“I was just there this afternoon and it was the best service I’ve ever had at a restaurant. From the moment we walked in the door until the moment we left, everyone that was working today was absolutely amazing. The entire staff kept everything flowing and Troy, hands down, was the best server I’ve personally ever had anywhere. He hustled and made our experience seamless. I was able to speak with Beth and Tyler about how great our experience was and they took the time to listen and were so appreciative of the feedback. “I loved the Hottie Hottie. I also had the Spicy Miso Ramen which was excellent. The broth was the perfect balance of smoky/creamy/spicy. Thai Iced Tea was fantastic too.“

“Over the years the portions have gotten much smaller. Today I ordered sweet and sour chicken. Normally it has vegetables...today, 1 small piece of green pepper and 1.5 pieces of pineapple. Rice was kind of cooked, kind of not. Egg rolls are cold. Not what I'm used to getting from here, but I guess it's the new norm.

“DanDan is delicious and I can’t wait to come back! The General Tao’s cauliflower was the best I’ve ever had. I also enjoyed the DanDan Noodles and Sichuan Pork Dumplings which both had amazing flavor and were quite filling. The Golden Pineapple drink was incredible and I’m still thinking about it! “I said I’d never eat sushi until I tried it for the first time at Katsuya in Studio City. I fell in love with the crispy rice tuna tartare 😋🍱 Until I had it at Wasabi!!! Things will never be the same. No restaurant can make it better!!! The Cali Crunch roll is a close second. This is hands down THE ONLY place I will eat sushi.
