“Cool little spot to try some Nepalese or Chinese. At first, I was confused because they show up as two different places. The Chinese and Nepalese restaurant are combined. When you sit down, the waitress brings two menus, which is interesting. I had some cauliflower curry from the Nepalese menu, and it was DELICIOUS! There was lots of ginger and heavy spices (which I appreciate). The rice was over cooked and the chai tea tasted like it was from an instant mix, but the curry was so good that it overrode those drawbacks in my rating.“
“THE BEST! I think I've told everyone I know how amazing this place is. Everything we had was phenomenal! We were quoted 30min for a wait time and only had to wait 10min. The service was fantastic. Potato egg rolls, edamame, pad Thai & ramen = ALL STELLAR!!!! Large menu, can't wait to go back!“
“This review is wwaaayyyy overdue. Been eating here or getting delivery from here for many years. I’ve tried tons of things on the menu and all are fantastic but I just tried the Khaosoy for the first time and it is seriously the best thing I’ve ever eaten. If you love Thai coconut curry try it. Thanks Rice and Roll for all the great food over the years!!“
“Fresh Fin has wonderful fresh ingredients and provides a satisfying lunch for poke, which I recently had the pleasure of eating. Every taste clearly reveals how fresh the ingredients are. The fish was perfectly fresh, delicate, and succulent, which is essential for a poke meal. Individual preferences might be catered for by creating a unique flavor profile using the selection of toppings and sauces. The service was great and ambiance of the small restaurant is open and welcoming. I was very close to climbing the ropes at the entryway. Fresh Poke, however, lacked a little in a few crucial areas. The inability to discern between the regular and large portion sizes. Fresh Fin is still a top-notch poke restaurant. It is a respectable option for poke lovers due to the high quality of the ingredients and the flavors offered.“
“Excellent spot in the upscale food court. Ramen was chicken broth , very balanced and flavorful. Hellfire very spicy had great depth not just spice overload. Miso egg was the best thing I’ve eaten in a long time. Also had the poke bowl w/ tuna , good quality and excellent marinade and presentation. Staff was super friendly and knowledgeable.“
“We moved away from Milwaukee and still haven't found Tom Yum as good as KIN. We miss it. Everything here is amazing. The staff are awesome and friendly. The food is delicious. Sushi, soups, crab Rangoon, it's all great. Only minus is it can get crowded-feeling in there. We miss you guys!“
“A delicious experience! More new-wave than just traditional ramen, but everything I've had there has been stellar. A hearty recommendation.Dietary restrictions: Many options are listed as gluten free, but I did not ask how strict their kitchen is.Parking: Mostly street parking or paid ramp.Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs required, on the first floor.“
“Atmosphere is very unique. Staff is friendly and helpful. Visited for dinner. Ordered the coconut shrimp. Was very good with sauce provided. Also ordered the French fries. Loved how they made it with the sauce. Very crispy till the end. Had the Banh Mi. Unfortunately this was where I had to drop a star. Meat and filling was great. However, the bread roll was not baguette style and crispy. Soft and more a hoagie style. Banh Mi bread should be a crispy. So for me, will order other items and not the Banh Mi. Otherwise I look forward to trying the Ramen and other items.“
“This is the best Thai food in Milwaukee. So far I’ve had the egg rolls, pad Thai, and pad kee mao. Everything tastes exactly as it should with no funny business. Delicious. Balanced. Flavorful. Fresh. Thai is my favorite food, so glad to finally find the spot.“
“Pretty solid spot on Water street.Food:I got the BBQ salmon and the fried octopus. The fried octopus was the hit. They get the breading perfect. Outside of that, the Korean short ribs is beyond perfect. I’m normally not a fan but damn. Duck curry is worth staying away from in my opinion.Service:Pretty solid.Atmosphere:Fairly basic space in the back. Otherwise, you can sit at the bar at the front of house and watch the traffic at the window. Nothing real special.“
“The restaurant beautiful and both the server and bartender were very helpful and attentive. The sushi was good but underwhelming for the cost and the table next to us was VERY loud but that's to be expected at 8pm. It was a list of places I wanted to experience. Probably won't return unless to possibly sit outside in summer.“
“This is the best Asian restaurant in Milwaukee! I have now ordered from here multiple times and each time the employees go above and beyond to ensure great service. I love that the restaurant has its own delivery service that is so speedy! The staff is so friendly and the food is always delicious!“
“One of the best salad bowls I’ve ever had! Full of flavor, variety of fresh ingredients and very cool staff willing to accommodate whatever you need to make your eating experience amazing. I love FreshFin!Kid-friendliness: Kids can eat healthy by choosing which healthy ingredients they’d like. My 8 year old is a fan and my 4 year old daughter loves the sauce lol“
