“We sat at the bar, and we had such a great experience. I wish I could remember the bartender’s name! She was knowledgeable, friendly, and made some great suggestions. She really cared that we liked and enjoyed our meal. I had the seafood ramen and my wife had garlic fried rice. We started with the cauliflower app and the pork dumplings. The food was fantastic. “Wife and I went for a long walk along the east side then decided to look for a sushi restaurant. Found this place close by. We ordered 5 different rolls and some veggie Stirfry w a side of rice. Everything was excellent! We had a great experience. Reasonable prices. We would go back.“

“Atmosphere is very unique. Staff is friendly and helpful. Visited for dinner. Ordered the coconut shrimp. Was very good with sauce provided. Also ordered the French fries. Loved how they made it with the sauce. Very crispy till the end. Had the Banh Mi. Unfortunately this was where I had to drop a star. Meat and filling was great. However, the bread roll was not baguette style and crispy. Soft and more a hoagie style. Banh Mi bread should be a crispy. So for me, will order other items and not the Banh Mi. Otherwise I look forward to trying the Ramen and other items.“

“I can't believe I hadn't ordered pickup from Screaming Tuna in a while, and I can't believe I had not reviewed them before, so... WooHoo, yes, they have vegan and vegan-izable options! It's very easy to place your order online and the rolls are delicious. Also, great spot for outdoor dining when the weather permits.“

The service was great; our food was delivered, with add-ons (dips, utensils, etc), and it felt sincere. I was so frustrated and upset, but I went back inside to buy another bowl. “Nice little place in the third ward area right on Water St. Nothing fancy inside but the pan Asian menu is pretty amazing. We had the veggie egg rolls, Tom Kha soup, Beef noodle pho and the drunken noodles. Adding shrimp put the main entrees over the top. I asked for a spicy level of 3 out 5 and it was just enough to tickle my spicy hot spot. Service was great and we were served very quickly. Overall a wonderful little place and we plan to be back!“
“FreshFin is a great place to go for a quick take out order. They do have a couple tables at this location, but I would recommend getting carry out since it's a pretty small space. There are tons of options for what to get in your bowl, and they're all super tasty and on the healthier side of things. It's definitely my go to place to grab a quick dinner after Orange Theory and it's the quickest walk from tons of work out places.“
“5-star ratings should be by definition hard to obtain. We'll give Kanpai a 4+. The sushi varietals were outstanding, service was very good, enjoyable contemporary ambience, and noise level was moderate. Pricing was a bit high, as we've come to expect in the Third Ward. Kanpai is a little short on red wine selections. There's a perfect space on the menu for one or two red blends. We'll be back!“

“My family came here for our first visit on Friday. We had been given plenty of recommendations from friends on what to order here. We tried the crab ragoon, gyoza, and pork buns for appetizers. We loved the pork so much. For meals we tried the sushi which was all super fresh, and tankatsu ramen. Delish but the pork pieces were very big and hard to cut with no knives. I recommend you serve them sliced more. Really liked the food. Service was a little slow but it was busy in there. No waiting area and no reservations detracts from atmosphere points. I would come again though based on fact the food was so good. Menu is huge. Come hungry.“
