While I like the food, this was the third time I went in this week and left without placing a order. The first two times it was moderately busy and I left after 15 minutes, this time it was dead inside but four people were too busy with a margarita machine icing over to even get me a beer. Not sure what’s going on but sitting at the bar is pretty much a death sentence if you hungry….
We had the wing appetizer there yesterday ( March 26), the boneless, with two sauces. I asked for Garlic Parmesan and Honey BBQ, but the one sauce was rather spicy, not garlic Parmesan, but our bartender, Natalie was so busy waiting on tables, I didn’t want to bother her, so we ate them. This particular Chilis has the worst customer service I’ve ever had!! I understand they are short handed and for some reason have been since Covid..🤔but when I’m told by one employee that I will get 2 text msgs letting me know my table will be ready in about 20-25 minutes and when I check in at 30 minutes I’m told by another extremely rude employee that she called my name and when I didn’t answer she gave my table away.
