We ordered chicken bowl - portion was tiny and chicken was too salty. what is happening here?
My first visit to this chipotle was great. Second, third and fourth times were NOT charms. I tried again for the fifth and last time today and the rice was undercooked and hard. It adds a very unpleasant grit to each bite .
I’m sure the staff tried their best, but having ordered 3 entrees that all came with hard rice, I won’t be back. This location needs help.

TBH depending on which team is working over your food.... that food will be delicious, the team that was working this evening was awful mostly young people the cilantro sauce... had sour cream in it... that honey chicken tasted awful ,but for the most part it usually tasty

Chipotle's new location offers fresh and flavorful food, with friendly and helpful staff, even when understaffed. The food is consistently fantastic, and service the same. Regular customers enjoy their experiences and recommend ignoring negative reviews that may not accurately reflect the location's quality. Also, they're the only place with Mr. Pibb Extra on tap. The restaurant was clean and food was tasty. They also got several fresh from the fridge so you don't get sick. Excellent service and not even a hint of attitude about it.
