“Came at this place at 6:30 a.m., the door says that it's open at 6:00 a.m., online and says they're open at 6:00 a.m., but yet when you show up here the place is dark there is nobody here. I am not happy I was supposed to meet some people here so I guess I take my business and my money somewhere “

“The street corn tots were delicious! I would go back just for those. The burgers were good, but the beef did lack flavor. Our server was very attentive. She checked up on us often. One thing that didn't go so well was that we got the wrong order. It was our first time there so we didn't realize it, and honestly, the food took so long to come out, we forgot what burgers we ordered. So when they brought out our supposed order, my burger came with fries when I ordered a salad. I thought hey, maybe they forgot it and had fries instead. I didn't let the server know because she was busy and we were hungry, already waiting a long time for our food, and on a schedule. We needed to be somewhere and thought an hour and a half was sufficient time to eat, appearantly not. I would give this place another try, hoping that the food will come out sooner than later and that we don't get the wrong food order.“

“This is a classic diner style joint that serves great burgers! My order was quickly prepared, served hot, and by friendly staff. My burger was done just right and the fries are a great compliment. Will return!Parking: There are some limited street parking spots in front of the building, otherwise there is plenty of parking spots available in adjacent lots.“

“I visited four seasons family diner . Such a nice place and food. My family was greeted very kindly and they didn't mind my fussy toddler at all. Went above and beyond to make my child happy..even with it being a busy Sunday morning!Both waitresses came over to visit with him and ask about his toy dinosaur and he was happy to share him with them and scare them .Thank you four seasons for your wonderful service and food !!!“

“I just stopped at the Westhill Road Appleton, WI location, only ordered a Tominator sandwich only, no Mayo, no onions, heavy pickles and Bravo! This burger was delicious, first time ever made with lots of pickles the way I like it. Normally when I ask for heavy pickles, I get three extra slices. This burger was awesome!“

“Went today to pick up some gyros, mentioned we didn’t receive pitas the last time. Not only did they provide me a couple extra pitas but they also made sure we had enough gyro meat for all 4 pitas! They are always friendly and willing to accommodate my request to separate all the items so we can eat later on. I highly recommend this location to everyone.“

“We enjoyed our time with you all yesterday. Food wait time was a little long, but thanks for being up front about it right away. My only complaint is this... when we got our bill, the "suggested tip amounts were 20%, 25% and 30%! Come on now, that's just greedy! As a guy who worked for tips for many years, the norm was always 5% = you did bad, 10% = you did your job, and 15% = you were AWESOME! Pay your servers more, but don't force nearly a 3rd of the bill to be added on so they can survive! I get it, times have changed, but so have foodt/drink costs, but proportionally 15% from 20 years ago, is exactly the same as today! A s a business owner myself, my rates are 15%, 18% and 20%. (I feel this is more appropriate.)Our servers were friendly, they were busy, and at times we were a little neglected. I'm not upset by it, given the volume of people that were there, but we also weren't given "awesome servive", so to ask for 30% just rubs me the wrong way!“

“I took my 93 year young mother to lunch with my niece. I was concerned that I would have issues because of her disabilities. The staff was very accommodating.I enjoy the char-grilled burgers. My mother had soup and enjoyed her lunch out.“

“Went here for lunch and it was very busy. Ordered bloody Mary, which was very good. For food, I ordered the bacon cheeseburger with fries. The burger was spot on. Perfectly done medium, with good bacon and bun. Fries were abundant and also very good. Will definitely be back.“

We were in town for a wedding and the owner was super welcoming and teased my kids for being Vikings fans. Hit up this local establishment!“

“This place had a weird atmosphere at first but it was actually comforting but all things aside this had some of the best food EVER for a well known restaurant for morning and noon. Other than LOTS of pig plushies and sculptures honestly a good place to get breakfast and lunch.Kid-friendliness: this place is a great place for families to eat for breakfast.“

“Came in for the Friday Fish Fry. Fantastic. Some of the best i’ve ever had. I had the tavern cod. The breading was light, and cooked perfectly. My mom had the baked haddock and loved it as well. Service was a bit slow at first, but it’s March Madness. The place was packed! Waitress was attentive when she came over. Great experience.“

“Been to Spectators a number of times and always received great food and great service, until tonight. Stopped in for a bite to eat and sat at the bar. We ordered a a couple of beers and then a burger with fries and a sandwich. When the food came out, the fries weren’t with the burger. I was told, “The fries will be out in a few minutes.” I finished the burger in the usual time it would take to eat one and still…No fries. I waited, and it wasn’t until about 8 minutes later that the fries finally came out. No apology. I refused the fries because I was done with my eating. What’s the point? Bartender shrugged and gave the fries to what seemed to be some of her friends across the bar. When the bill came, there was no discount for the error. When I asked about being charged full price when the fries came out well after I was done with my burger, I was told, “Well, I brought them out.” Given the attitude, arguing further was a waste of time. Very disappointed with the attitude and the lack of apology for the uneven service times. Might be back, but not anytime soon. Still recommended for the quality of the food and most service received, but if this was my first time there, I’d never go back.“

“Fun restaurant with a great menu selection and very reasonably priced- had a friend go for his birthday and I was craving a burger so we gave it a go, haven't been there in a long time. Was very happy with food quality and portions, price was less than anticipated, and service was fantastic although it was busy and could've used 1 more person she did great and was very friendly.Kid-friendliness: Great kids choices with healthy side options.“

But one that really stands out to me is Jerry he's someone that you can have have a light conversation with and to help make the experience more enjoyable for everyone. And I just like to emphasize that he is the personification of customer service and he's someone you should be proud of to represent your company.“
