“It has been a few years since we had stopped in due to food quality and service. We were in the area Saturday night and decided to stop in a for a couple drinks and appetizers. We were immediately welcomed at the door and grabbed a seat at the bar. Eric, the Bartender, welcomed us right away and chatted with us about the Brewer win. Drinks were cold, apps were great and Eric was AMAZING, and the atmosphere was fantastic! We will definitely make this part of our regular rotation of stops! If you haven’t been in recently- go check it out!“

“Came here a few weeks ago for dinner. We have been meaning to try it here and finally made a point to stop. My boyfriend and I shared sweet potato fries and das Brat. Wow! We were very impressed with the taste and quality. Everything that was being brought out around us looked amazing, as well. We wanted to try it all. Our bartender was super friendly too! The space is super cool, has a large bar, lots of tabletop seating and also outside seating area. We will definitely be back. The food here is far superior to anything you will get in Luxe golf bays, so if you are going there thinking you will get food, just save yourself some time/money and stop here first!“

If we are going to meet for dinner or brunch, chances are good I’m dragging you to Layman’s. I appreciate the skill and work these two put into brewing great beer and making yummy food. The fishfry with that tartar sauce is the best. Smash burgers for breakfast yes please! The bartenders are always crafting some delicious cocktails, and I mean crafting. If you’re still on the fence once Sarah comes around and entices you with her apple pie, you’ll be hooked! Go enjoy something delicious and soak up the friendly vibe for this little homegrown establishment.“

“This George Webb is outstanding, probably the best one I’ve ever been to. The people running it treat you like family, and you can feel the pride they put into everything they do. The food is fresh and made with care, a big difference from other Webb’s I’ve been to in recent years.

For me, this place is more than just a restaurant…..it’s personal. My grandmother used to take me to George Webb when I was a kid, and she passed away 10 years ago. Sitting here brought back those memories in a way I didn’t expect. The warm hospitality and quality food reminded me of those special times with her.
