I've ordered many many times in person before and have never been disappointed. The first time I order online and not only did I not get what I ordered but the size I ordered was wrong. I placed an order for a love it and they put a like it cup inside a love it cup.... very confused. Will I stop going to coldstone, absolutely not but lol I'll be ordering in person like I usually do from now on.
Came with a friend for the first time and needless to say we will be coming back. The guy making the ice cream was super quick and the ice cream was super good.
Our first time at this location and we were pleased with the experience. The staff was friendly and prompt! It was refreshing to have such good service.

The service is amazing, with super friendly, helpful, and fast staff. Employees and the owner provide fantastic customer service, and are very pleasant, understanding, and quick. One customer had a cake made, and when a taste of fruit was found in a cake that was supposed to be fruit free due to allergies, the owner reached out, was very understanding, and provided a refund. A new cake ordered later turned out perfect. For allergy concerns with online orders, it is advised to place them in the notes. The space is extremely clean, well kept, and spacious with plenty of tables to sit at, perfect on a hot day. While one online order had a wrong size and item, the customer will still return. This location delivers high-quality ice cream without the hassle.
