“We like Whitman's. Great circular bar so it's easy to have conversations and interact with others. The food is great bar food and more. The soups are delicious. There's t.v.'s, music, and additional seating beyond the bar. Clean and organized but not so updated as to lose the up north feel.“

“I’m local and have been to pretty much all of the breakfast places in the area. The Wild Boar, in my opinion is hands down the best around. Prices are reasonable, service is outstanding, there’s things on the menu that nobody else offers, the portions are generous and I haven’t tried anything on the menu that wasn’t great. Highly recommended, would give 6 stars if it were an option!“

“Outstanding chicken! Call ahead to make sure they are open, we stopped wanting to get some chicken to go and they were closed. Apparently they changed their hours with a note in the window but didn't update on website or social media.“
“I had a single cheese burger with lettuce onion tomato. The bun was toasted, the burger patty was pressed thin and seared so that the burger was lightly crisped. The American cheese was throughly melted, which melded all the flavors at play together. I look forward to my next visit.“

“We stopped in by chance on a walk for a quick libation and ended up staying for an evening bite - it was a great choice!
The food was good, service excellent (Lexi, great job); we were seated on the deck, waterside, sun going down and water-skiing shows - couldn't have planned it better.
