This is the cutest, friendliest breakfast place around. My husband, Bob, and I visited it for the first time today. I loved my Farmer’s grilled cheese breakfast sandwich, with bacon, egg, cheese on Texas toast with just the right amount of crunch. And I couldn’t resist adding the mini short stack. With all the staff working towards common goals for the business and working with each other, to Devon’s awesome cooking, and the utmost patience and love from all of the customers, this place truly is growing into something special. We stopped in for breakfast because we were in the area. This is a very cute and clean café. The food was amazing! We had the Corned Beef Hash (this is the real stuff...not from a can!) and the Highland Skillet. Portions were great, not too much not too little. Definitely stop in and support this business!

Pink Highland Cafe in Holcombe is a very cute and clean café. The food is amazing, with great portions. Menu items include the Corned Beef Hash, the Highland Skillet, the Farmer’s grilled cheese breakfast sandwich with bacon, egg, and cheese on Texas toast, the mini short stack with fluffy pancakes, and biscuits with maple sausage gravy. The coffee is very good. The café is the cutest, friendliest breakfast place around. The consignment/boutique combined with the cafe is truly such a girls dream.
