“I first found caribou coffee in Virginia back in 2003. My favorite place to go. When we moved, it was hard finding one. I’d look for one any time we travelled. “This is my favorite Caribou location in town. It’s very close to where I live, and I love the easiness of their app to order online. I frequent pretty regularly, and the staff here has caught onto that, too, because I’ll pull up and they’ll say “Hello Abby, you can pull forward!” (Lol!). Little things like that mean a lot to me, though. They pay attention and they care. 🩷 Sophia is usually the one at the drive thru window when I go in the mornings, and she has such positive energy and it really starts my day off in a great way! “I stopped at Scooters in Middleton for my very first time on Sunday afternoo 6/2. I asked for suggestions on a drink and was given a delicious berry flavored energy drink. “I'm gonna shout out to alex. He always gets my drink right even if I don't always remember his name. And I told him once how I like my drink. Because it is considered weird and has made it right ever since I am starting to get recognized by my cup and always told how cute it is.
I just wish the app made it a thing where you had to go through.And pick which route you're taking to get your drink Instead of just assuming one. Make it like a requirement to say, Hey, I'm going inside or I'm going through drive through for my drink.
And you're not allowed to order until you adjust it. Because on days when I forget, i feel really bad that it puts walking in when I'm usually doing drive through.“

“I order on the app for in store pick up (to avoid chances of longer lines) several times a week and always order the same thing. Hit or miss on how well it’s prepared but usually it is fine. Not the best, not the worst. I’ve had to wait beyond latest pick up time a handful of times to see them engrossed in conversation and I end up late to my appointment. Not the end of the world but is frustrating at the time. This is completely not their fault (I imagine) but why does it still smell so bad in the front?! Makes me sick so I avoid breathing while walking in or go thru the side door. Noticed it since day one as I’ve been coming since they opened and thought it was new building stuff but not so much at this point.“

“DePere location Listen, I've been coming Here since I moved to the area and always loved the bakery and quality of it. Customer service was usually spot on as well. NORMALLY, I do not not go on to bash a business that I generally love. But today I had it, since Mike has passed the quality just isn't there but I kept going and buying especially when family would come to visit. This time I was in on Saturday 10/5/24. I was asked how many I would be getting. I told the girl I am not sure but it will be at least 10 or more. Which It was, I spent 63$ in there. I came home with 2 large boxes and one small one because i wanted the cookie that i ordered to be separated. It was for my nephew that is younger. Those 2 larger boxes could have been made into 3! I will inclose a picture of the poor packing and now donuts that are mush and squashed. I don't want to be cruel and say it was their lack of common sense or was it laziness? 63$ and that's what we get? Is that how customers and your product is treated? Carelessness ontop of other things I could say. Perhaps I should have looked it over before leaving, but I think if I did the helper would have grown more impatient than she already was and probably damage my bakery even worse/more.“

“I'm an exhausted mom of 2 feral toddlers. If you need a pick-me-up to keep up with the madness, this is the place for you. It's a Cozy little coffee shop attached to Baycare orthopedics. Coffee is amazing, super friendly staff that go the extra mile to see you smile. If you want a quiet place to sip coffee or tea by the fire, then this is the place for you. I'm from Appleton but if I'm on this side of town this is where I'll be.“

Love the food, love the beer, and loves our server, Stacy. She's was the sweetest person. Treat her well! Thanks for the great time. Telling all our friends and we'll be back!!💗💗💗💗💗 We went back 08/30/24 because we enjoyed the food and beer so much. Hannah was our server. We love her too! 08/31/24. Our last day in Green Bay and we had to say goodbye properly with a couple of beers at our new favorite GB place. Another great server, Sarah. We love her too! The place across the street could learn a lot about customer service from the servers here! Just saying 💋“
