“We visited after my 5 year old’s post surgery checkup. It was super clean and cheerful- pretty spring flowers on every table!! We got our food very fast, & the owner overheard my son and I talking about his appointment, how he wants to he a surgeon when he grows up, and how much he loves chicken noodle soup. 😂 he was reading the pictures around the restaurant & words on our cups, and she came up to us and had a nice conversation about how he is intelligent & going places. She then gave him a free ice cream cone! It was so kind and unexpected. It made both of our whole days! It’s the little things like this that remind us how small acts of kindness make a big impact. “The regular double cheeseburger was dry and not much taste to it. It wasn't very warm either. The fries were hot and fresh. The strawberry shake was very tasty and blended well. However it did not come with the whip cream or cherry as it should have.“

“I ordered a kids meal cheeseburger and they gave me chicken nuggets. They realized they gave me the wrong order before I even pulled away. That is a rarity in the fast food business. My child does not like chicken nuggets And she would have starved. Wendy's saved my child's life. I like chicken nuggets and SpongeBob did a great job making my crabby patty. Special sauce is thousand island dressing.“

“We have recently moved to West De Pere, and have frequented this location a number of times. Have never been disappointed. On my last visit I ordered a Papa Burger. When I got home and opened it, I was blown away. Never, ever, have I had a fast food burger that looked like the promotional picture. This one did, and tasted as good as it looked. Good job, folks.“

“Simple no frills sandwich shop that offers delicious made to order sandwiches! I went for a short walk after a long day of driving and was looking for something light to eat before bedtime. I found this place by accident and was very glad I did! I asked for whatever the most popular sandwich was and was rewarded with a “Boney Billy” or a turkey, cheese, lettuce & tomato sandwich. Wheelchair accessibility: We have handicap parking spots in the parking lot but what I don't get is why we don't have an automatic door opener like Kwik trip has for the disabled. Those doors are somewhat hard to open.“

“Chick-fil-A is always our go to for fast food. We decided to cater for our son’s first birthday because, again, we LOVE chick-fil-a There was an issue on our order where our sweet tea was forgotten, we weren’t able to travel back to get it but before I even realized that it was missing, management called, wanted to immediately rectify the situation. Most places would say “hey, they didn’t say anything so it’s their issue” but for them to go out of their way to let us know and on top of it make it right. I’m completely blown away. The integrity and just all around amazing staff just makes it hard to go anywhere else. We love you guys and you’ll always have loyal customers In us.“

“Service was speedy for a restaurant with cars wrapped around the building and a line inside at the register. Came during the busiest time of the day/week (Friday at 5pm). Drivethru line was almost out to the street so I went inside and waited around 5 minutes before getting to have my order taken (a lot of people inside too) and then got my food within 10 minutes. I'd say that's excellent turnout time for a busy busy restaurant! Food was great as always too.“

“I love the music, I didn't want to leave; it was a very comfortable environment.
I didn't appreciate the request for tips, it's a fast food restaurant, I'm standing in front of a cash register and I have to mind my own utensils, napkins and seasonings. Then I have to pick up my own trash -nothing is going to be washed, everything is disposable- and try to leave everything the way I found it.
Just because the food is not ready and eventually an employee brings it to the table that is not a waiting service.
I leave a tip if I go to the restaurant, get seated or sit myself and I have nothing to do but enjoy the food and the place.
Note: I am not complaining about the disposable items, OR the food.
Not even the service, everyone is professional and polite doing their job.
The complaint is about asking for extra money for no extra service.

I work here and know most the people are very kind and considering, we will give you anything you need if you ask, ofc if you payed minus water/condiments/bags. People are complaining about having to wait 5 minutes wich rarely happens and when it does we are very busy, yes this is fast food but it's not instant. Lower your expectations. “A lot of people hate on McDonald’s, but I don’t understand it. McDonald’s is the place you go when you need a quick eat and don’t really have a lot of time. I have been to McDonald’s hundreds of times and I’ve never had a bad burger. McDonald’s is the king of consistency. I never ordered the cheap cheeseburgers. You have to go for the quarter or double quarter pounder have the prices gone up? Yes, is it too much for fast food yes. I always use the McDonald’s app and there is always coupons on there so you can always save a few bucks.“

“Delicious! The lady who made my taco salad (with out salad) last night was kind, polite and hard working. We even had a good laugh about the no salad ( I just really wanted the taco bowl with all the other ingredients but no lettuice- we laughed pretty hard as she made my food)

Restaurant AND restroom were clean, tidy, smelled fine, well lit parking lot, over all pleasant environment.

As someone who drives for a living, I know this place is my new little nook in green bay that I can relax and have a meal and decompress while eating inside. Usually I eat in my car. This Qdoba is an extension of my dining room table.

Ps. My husband also chose to cater his company's lunch from thus location yesterday as well. Every one at his job enjoyed their food aswell

We both enjoy this qudoba over their competitor who is very near. Competitor who is very near has rice that is crunchy at times, plastic has been found in my food mutipule times, and never fails that there is avocado skin in the guacamole mix. (This last paragraph is the near by competitor- I will not return to the competitors location that is near by)

Vegetarian options: Taco salad shell, tortilla, cheeses, corn, lettuice, Pico, salsas, beans, white rice, brown rice, avocado, bell pepper with onion mix, peppers, little tortilla strips.

I'm lactose intolerant, my husband is diabetic. We know that we can come here and customize our orders to a T.

Parking: There is plenty of parking. They are on the corner of the mini strip mall and their parking lot wraps frrom the front around to the back side of their building. They have outdoor seating available aswell“

In my 35 years on earth I've never had as pleasant an interaction with any food service worker (much less fast food) as I did with the gentleman working at 1am. I didn't catch his name but I believe he was the only person working tonight - has lots of tattoos. Owning and managing a couple different businesses myself, I recognize great customer service and he has it in aces. Parking: Because you come off a busy street to make the right hand turn.
