Kid-friendliness: One of the most friendly places I’ve actually went to and people care about the kids but at the counter, I did see someone who was completely ignoring the job and was calling her mother/friend to see when she was gonna get picked up and at the trampoline section there was the worker playing with the kids, but still doing a job which is very good. Also, I recommend going around the back of Chuck E. Cheese because there is toddler sized games and activities

“My husband I are Door Dash delivery runners. We stopped to Marcos for a customer pick up around noon today. The gentleman helping me asked if I was hungry. I said you have no idea after smelling food all morning. He offered me a slice of pizza. I was ready to decline because I said I can’t go back out to the car with my husband waiting. Also hungry. So this gentleman said ‘ I can give you 2 slices.’ I was stunned and grateful for his generosity. My husband appreciated the sample slice. Thank you soo much!!“

“Came in at just about 10pm. Same guy working the store as the last time we went there. He is absolutely amazing! Not only does he greet you in a pleasant voice, neat in appearance, but seems genuinely glad that you are there. Store is always clean. This restaurant has minimal seating, which is also always clean. Cannot say enough great things about the guy who waited on us at the counter. So many pins on his hat, he has obviously been there years. So to whomever you are...THANK YOU FOR BEING YOU!!! So many counter ppl are rude and don't take any pleasure in customer service. Even though we needed about 20 pizzas last minute for a company hand out, Pizza Hut was still able to get it done.
