“We recently moved to Hudson, and brought our out-of-state guests here for dinner tonight. We've not been here, but I was intrigued after reading the most recent reviews about the restaurant. The food was FABULOUS!! Absolutely outstanding! The ambiance was basic and plain, but who cares when the food tasted like it did. Oh, my goodness, I believe this is the best kept secret in Hudson, but it shouldn't be. Louie's should be packed! The owners chose Hudson, and not the cities to open their business, and I'm so glad they did! EAT HERE, FOLKS!! Happy tummy! 😊“

“First time ordering take-out pizza today. I am Celiac so gluten free. When I asked about how they prep gf pizzas, I was blown away at the knowledge and care taken when prepping and baking. Crust made off-site, toppings added off line, fresh from the back so no cross contamination, and cooked in the same ovens BUT in their own gf containers! Wow, cannot guarantee anything, even with all of the awesome precautions, but I knew that AND was comfortable ordering. This pizza is now tops for me. Excellent taste, tons of toppings and cheese. Like I remember pizza used to be back in the day. MUST TRY!!! Thanks to EJ’s for going above and beyond for your customers. I’ll be back. 💛“

“Salad was great, but be careful what you ask for. I am used to being asked options even although I requested a Cobb. They certainly don't have patience or ask what a normal Cobb Salad would be. Just there formula. Never had I been rushed and felt rude to.“

“The food was very good. We were quickly seated and were instantly asked what to drink. After making our choice we were brought our chips and salsa as well as our drinks. We decided to get the queso which was very good it had a nice thick texture with out feeling like it was still solid. I ordered the Enchiladas Cozumel. It came out fast and tasted amazing the shrimp was perfectly cooked and tasted amazing with the cheese sauce that was on top“

“Amazing food selections from Chilaquiles to Duck Enchiladas, but so many more new food options in addition to a wide array of Mezcal selections! Great staff, friendly service and fun dining vibe. Soon to be the best spot in town!“

“Tried the new Crispy Medi wrap and it was delicious. There's several other things I want to come back and try. Restaurant was clean and orderly. Staff was cleaning in their downtime which is always refreshing to see especially coming from a background working for the Health Department.“

“Hadn't been to Noodles and Company in a hot minute, but we decided to go for lunch. I had the linguine fresco and my husband had the Chicken Parmesan bowl. Both of them were very good! I was pleasantly surprised how good mine was. It's not something I would normally order, but I'm glad I tried it. The person who took our order was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was clean and inviting. I would recommend you check out if you haven't.“
