“Ive been coming to Michalenos for well over a year now. Only in the recent months did I start dining in with my mother and daughter. We always come on a Friday, and we usually have Sarah helping us. She is always so kind and patient. My mother has early onset dementia, and often forgets where she is or what she says, Sarah never misses a beat reanswering questions or repeating what she already said six times before. She’s always prompt and accurate as well. Tonight, she was hopping, the phones were ringing off the hook, she had many tables and people coming in and out. She always had a smile on her face and never stopped moving! She suggested we try the baked pasta because we had the regular last time and it was delicious! I had the spinach lasagna and a fresh salad and it was all hot and delicious. The only complaint I had for the evening, is that you could tell the cook in the kitchen was very frustrated with his slamming, yelling and cussing. I know he was busy, we could see all the people, but maybe vent a bit quieter! Despite that, we’ll be back next week, and the next week, and the next week…“

“When my food was being delivered, my dog squeezed right through the door when I opened it. I am so thankful for the driver for grabbing my dogs collar because my dog is a runner. Saved me a whole bunch! Food was great as always very thankful! :)“

“I don't often review chain restaurants but had to for this one. Last night, (3-17-24) we ordered a pizza. It was JUST how I remembered it years ago. I feel in recent years it has gone downhill (not enought cheese, usually cooked too long where the cheese is brown) but for some reason last night's was SPOT ON. Cheesy, greasy, hot! BIG Shout out to the staff that worked last night. (one of the kids being a big Marquette fan) I sure management trains all staff to make all pizzas just like that. If so, I'll be back!“

“The food is very good quality, there are a lot of varieties on the buffet, which is great for my family which includes someone who likes to eat healthy, someone who is very picky, and someone who likes a lot of different things. We love that you can also request a specific pizza for the buffet so you're guaranteed to have your favorite available! “A mistake happened on a crazy busy Saturday night. The place is a zoo. The workers are pounding out pizza’s left and right doing their best to keep up with the orders. My order was given to someone else with the same name. Oops! We are all human. Josh in the back made my order swiftly and I left with a piping hot pizza.“

We hadn’t ordered any food there in quite a while, not for any particular reason just had kind of forgotten about the place. When we pulled up to pick up our order, they let us know that they threw in some chocolate chip cookies, which I thought was really sweet. That pizza was freaking amazing! The crust is the best crust I think I’ve ever had on a pizza. I not a pizza crust person and it was literally one of my favorite parts! The mozzarella sticks had Parmesan cheese on them.
