“Very small lunch place, food is fantastic. Everything is fresh and delicious. Had the pizza sandwich on a croissant and that was delicious. Chowder was very good too. I think my favorite though was actually my drink. Had a seasonal drink called Sugar Plum Fairy that was cranberry juice, vanilla, and cinnamon and was amazing. Looks like they rotate their options fairly often, so will definitely be back.“

“Very similar to Panera, but definitely a much larger selection. The mushroom bisque was really tasty and had plenty of mushrooms .The sandwich was ok,but needed a little bit more BBQ flavor.I like the chocolate covered strawberry, nice touch.Portions are much larger then Panera too!“

“Love the selection of ice cream! You pay by the ounce for ice cream, so I always get at least 4 different 1/2 scoops of ice cream. When I want more flavors, I have the employee give me baby scoops. Subs arrive warm and made as requested. Employee usually asks if you want what comes on the sub, but if they don't, ask or a lot of times it's too much mayo or oregano. Never too many onions, which I have to always ask for more. There's also croissant sandwiches, hot dogs, salads, soups & chili. Some things ordered have an extra charge. Besides many flavors of ice cream, there's a lot of Sundae & malt & shake choices, besides brownies & chocolate chip cookies..Vegetarian options: Veggie subsDietary restrictions: Be sure to ✅ out before going. When special ordering, haven't had a problem getting the request done correctly.Parking: Located in a strip mall. If it's lunch or supper time you may have to park & walk a little bit. Summer's are especially busyKid-friendliness: If your child likes subs, order it their way. You still pay the same price no matter what is on your sub.Wheelchair accessibility: Ground is flat & door opens wide enough to accommodate a wheelchair.“

“The staff was very professional, or waiter, Kao, I think, was very helpful, informative and polite. I would highly recommend this place.Wheelchair accessibility: We have a son in a power wheel chair. There was plenty of room to get him out of the van and into the resturant.“

“I'm giving 5 stars because I like the food. However I want to note that I find it unappealing to ask customers for a monetary tip when paying. I haven't even received any food. I haven't even tasted it. Nor digested the food and you push a point to suggest or ask for a tip? Do you want to hear about the time in 2001 when I got food poisoning from a Cousins Seafood and Crab sub. Puking for 12 hours? It took me 10 years to come back to a Cousins sub location. Honestly the suggested tip thing makes me feel like avoiding your locations. There are plenty of options for food. Just keeping it real. Get rid of this push for tips. I would not run my business this way.“

“Honestly used to love this place until the menu changes. Got rid of the warm bowls, my only reason for going, and the steak and white cheddar sandwich, which was the only reason my bf went. It’s already expensive but the quality was worth it. Won’t be coming back until another menu change. Their bakery and bread is always delish tho and it’s a cute place to sit down when it’s not terribly busy.“

“This is the place to go if you want quality, good-tasting Chinese food. I have been eating at Chinatown since it opened here in Jackson. I always get "carry out" and I don't recall ever having a complaint about the food. The owners are very nice people. In fact I am going to order from there right now!! Dale“
