Awful. Close it down you guys are a joke and corporate should take back over and restart.
Disgusting, slow, never open at night, never correct on orders, never clean, never have ice cream or food items, never accepting customers after 11 or so. Close it down
The drive-thru setup here is very misleading. There are two lanes open for cars to pull into, but only one employee was working and actually taking orders. There was no sign or notice telling customers not to use the second lane, so I ended up waiting there for almost 10 minutes before realizing no one was coming.
This could be easily fixed by putting up a sign or blocking off the second lane so customers form one clear line instead of two. It would save time, reduce confusion,...read full review
