“Long story here. I ordered a sandwich. My card was declined because I had a fraudulent charge the day before, and I didn't know my bank closed the card. So I couldn't pay. They put the sandwich in the cooler while I drove to my bank to get a new card. I came back, and they made me a new one because they didn't want me to eat a soggy sandwich. And they threw in a free cookie to make my day better. Top shelf customer service. The manager who did this is a wonderful human. Thank you for making my day with your act of kindness.“
