“They serve very little food, the treatment is rough, surely they have to think "why am I going to be smiling at people" because you are in customer service... I would like sometimes to ask them for a little more of something, like guacamole or something and they make you Wow, I'm supposed to assemble the bowl the way I want, right? ….. nothing compared to the night shift, incredible attention, they should be like the night supervisor, Jonathan and his staff, they joke with you, they ask you if you want something else, they make the treatment much warmer. and the treatment they give to Latinos is different from that they give to Americans. very bad ..“
“This Culver's was spotless. The lady at the register was extremely polite. Hospitality 110%. I didn't get much off the menu, 6p jumbo shrimp, son had kids chicken tenders.Parking: Plenty of free parking close to building.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly.“
“The food was what I expected. They forgot to give me bbq sauce but it was busy so I didn't complain. The ketchup pump was out of service. The large man behind the counter did end up giving me some packets but he was very short with me. After we received our food (normal wait time) the large man working started yelling at the people in the kitchen. He was not nice about it either. I know that they were busy but you can't treat people like that. It just kept getting worse and louder until finally I had to speak up. I told him that he doesn't need to yell at people like that and that he was making my time here unenjoyable. To his credit he did apologize.A quick reminder to thos who manage or supervise people. If you have to yell and be disrespectful to get your point across them you need to start rethinking your role in a leadership position. Effective leaders don't need to do either of those things.“
“A nice Taco Bell. It was quiet inside and my kid loved the orange pendant lights. I ordered on the screen and it was so easy to keep my half of the order dairy free. One of the employees found me to double check that I picked vegan nacho cheese on purpose, which was nice. And VEGAN NACHO CHEESE! As a dairy free person in Wisconsin, that's very exciting. We got crunchy tacos, chips and guac and VEGAN cheese, cinnamon twists, fire sauce, and that purple "tea". The people drink was not to my taste, but my kid loved it.Dietary restrictions: Vegan nacho cheese! That's exciting. I added it to my crunchy taco and was very pleased. It's so easy to order dairy free at Taco Bell.“
“My god....if you like Mac and cheese, this place is amazing. Got the Memphis Mac in the medium it was out of this world. I wish I had ordered the larger size. Nothing to complain about. Service was good and polite. I would eat this constantly if it was local to me.“
“Went here for dinner on 03/16.I got a Gyro, wife and 2 kids got hotdogs, and 1 got a grilled cheese.My Gyro was really tasty, but it was also drowned in the tzatziki sauce. I would have preferred a little less, but flavors were good.My wife got the chili dog and she was not really impressed with the flavors. She did say it tasted like a roller dog and the chili didn't really add much to it.The grilled cheese went quickly.The other 2 struggled finishing their hotdogs. All the kids really enjoyed the french fries though.People at the counter were friendly and place was clean. We ended up there at a quiet time.Overall, for the struggle with the kiddos and my wife's experience, probably would not head back.“

“A few weeks ago, I came here and ordered my food to go, got home, and realized it was messed up. What happened was, I had gotten a large cheese curd instead of a large French fry. Now I know normally that would be a good thing, but I had already gotten a family size cheese curd as well, so I didn't want anymore curds, I wanted the fries. And it's still very strange to me how that happened, because I saw with my own two eyes the cashier ringing up a large French fry, so maybe she messed up later on and I didn't see it, I have no idea. Long story short, I was pretty upset as I had already had a terrible day at work, so I called the corporate number to explain what happened. The next day, I get a call from the manager of the Culver's, (I believe his name is Dan) telling me that he's sorry that happened and that I'll be getting a letter in the mail with some coupons for free stuff, as well as the money for the large curd. A few days go by and I get the letter. In it was 7 dollars, a coupon for a free value basket, and a coupon for a free medium French fry. I want to say that I greatly appreciate the manager of this Culver's as well as all of the other employees. Yall are doing an excellent job. Even when they screwed up, they apologized and made it right. That's exactly what I'm looking for in an establishment like this. This Culver's has permanently earned my respect for how they handled that situation.“

“We were staying at a nearby water park for my son’s 16th birthday and we headed to Pizza Hut starving with 5 teenage boys and myself. The restaurant was super clean (including bathrooms) and the staff was incredibly friendly. Our food was ready super quick- they brought the salad and appetizers out almost immediately and the pizza was the best we’ve had in a long time- and we are used to having Chicago pizza.. Honestly so pleasantly surprised with our experience today felt I had to share!“
