“Very busy location for the Starbucks. In the summer months, and sometimes during the winter, Lake Geneva is packed with tourists. Sometimes the wait time for a cup of coffee could be as much as 20 minutes. It goes with the territory. Most everything in Lake Geneva is within walking distance, and there is limited parking on the streets. If you order ahead, which I highly recommend, it should be waiting for you when you get there. Well managed shop, and the staff is very polite and knowledgeable. Definitely a return trip.“
“We stopped at this particular location after spending a whole day, for the Culinary Expo, at Lake Geneva Resort. Michelle, was our cashier and was amazing. She was so sweet to one of my students who couldn't find their money. She was patient and never once made us feel rushed (there were 8 of us and we were all separate orders). In the end, when I offered to pay for my student's drink, she said, "don't worry we got it." This meant a lot to my student as well as myself. Thank you for your kind heart Michelle and to the franchise owner, thank you for hiring employees with big hearts and warm smiles. You all are doing an amazing job. Thank you.“
“This Starbucks definitely needs staffing. It was Oktoberfest at this location there was only two people won barista and one cashier. Took almost 40 minutes just to get coffee but it was goodEverybody was in orderly fashion and understood that they were understaffed at that day. But really come on man“
