“We stopped in the Friday after Thanksgiving. This place was everything we love about small town bars. The owner was behind the bar and she was everything you want in a bar owner, kind, friendly and easy to talk to. Could have stayed all day without a problem. We had the cajun breaded bluegill that was fantastic (order double coleslaw, its that good). Honestly one of the best bar experiences we have had in a long time. Will absolutely be back.“

“Jimmers is a well known local established bar on the strip in Dale. The bartenders are a blast and the clientele always has a blast. Never no what might happen... I love going there for packer games. What happens on the strip in Dale stays on the strip in Dale. The New year day pj party is a must! Best have an open mind for that day. “Finally made it to Wood-Eyes Bar & Grill last night for the first time in forever (honestly… since late middle school early high school years, I think I went more when I was with the salm family 😆). Amazing burgers, great fries, and the kids were totally mesmerized watching two young girls shooting their bows 🏹 — how cool is that?! Our youngest took a tumble, but a quick stop at the store to see the “old man puppy” instantly fixed everything 🐶❤️ Can’t wait to come back and try the wings! Also—huge thank you for keeping the music clean and family-friendly. It truly shows, and it matters. You guys are doing it right. 👏“

“It was my 5 year olds birthday and we were taking her out to lunch! My parents had been to Batley’s and recommended it as an option. Her only request was French fries and the rest of the menu looked good for our needs. I had no idea about the outdoor play area so that was a massive added bonus to sit outside while she played on the equipment while we waited for our food. The food was good too and reasonably priced and we liked the smaller lunch portions. She also got the deep fried Oreos for dessert and the servers even sang the wheels on the bus for her at her request instead of happy birthday. She had a great birthday lunch and we will definitely be back to sit outside soon!“

“I'll start by saying that service has always been on point. We first ate at Wissota in 2021 and were incredibly impressed, especially by the Wagyu. Our last two visits in the past year have been underwhelming. My steak wasn't seared, and the best part of all our meals were the Truffle Fries. Not horrible, but also not worth the money. Between our last visits, I set up a meeting with someone there who about an unrelated topic (with the intent to also bring this up). They missed the meeting we set (life happens) but have left my messages on "read" since. With so many quality options in the Fox Valley, we likely won't be back.“
