“The best coffee in the Fox Valley!“

“The staff has always been friendly except for one person who I haven't seen in a while, so I'm thinking they no longer work here. The rest have always been kind and my drink is always perfect. I get matcha lattes and at other starbucks, in my area they are never as good as they are from this specific starbucks location. They mix it very well. The only thing I wish could be different are prices, but I understand the staff has no control over that, so high rating! Hang in there & Thanks ♡

Parking: Thr parking lot and drive thru are rarely packed, I think they're at a great location.“

“Staff are 10/10. Came to get some food when my car died in the parking lot. Panicking since I was two hours from home and had nobody to call, they offered to help jump my car and find the progressive roadside number for me since I didn't have service. Every single one of the staff were willing to help to at least some degree and it was just really great. The food I did order came out super quick and was also great.“

My daughter got the peppermint mocha and I had a matcha. Both were phenomenal! They also have a gluten free section, which is important for us. Also, all utensils are compostable! “I enjoy having the convenience of having a coffee shop inside Festival Foods. I enjoy the fact even more that it is a Caribou Coffee. I love the coffee from this place and every time I come, the staff here is so friendly and helpful. If you have never tried one of their breakfast sandwiches, I encourage anyone to try one. Delicious. Great coffee and food with exceptional service and convenience. What more could anyone ask for? (BTW if you are a Caribou Rewards member, they can credit your account or use your points in the grocery store - unlike the place out of Seattle.)“

“Went lunch here, for the first time, with a friend and we both loved the food, friendly staff, and the atmosphere 🩷 We split the amazing chickpea smash and chicken salad sandwiches. We also shared the scrumptious PB Oreo torte. The ice tea is homebrewd and made to order. What a lovely gem!! We'll both be back 😁“

“Really tasty lavender honey latte. Food was ok. I had the smoked salmon w eggs and potatoes. Mom had avocado toast. Good place to stop in and not worry about leftovers. Lattes are always a pain to carry; maybe get to-go cup if differently-abled or if you shake or have balance issues bc those cups are wide and easy to spill. Good place for quiet conversations w views of water. Lots of nice plants. Bathroom was clean.

Vegetarian options: Not a giant menu but veggie options. Also, there are tasty vegan cookies in the case“

“I was having a bad day and ordered via drive thru. Then, as I was preparing to pay had realized I didn't have my wallet. I asked to hold my order to run home and get my wallet. The person working it, Sage, was incredibly kind offered me my sandwich in good faith that I'd come back to pay. It genuinely meant so much to me, but even more so when I came back to pay and get my drink to find a note on my drink that has me in tears.If you're reading this Sage.
