Perhaps the most impressive thing was that there was a medical emergency with a staff member when we were there (I was part of the group of 25) and we had no idea. The staff stayed calm and carried on. If you’re a supper club lover, Kropp’s is definitely one you have to check out. Trust me, you won’t be disappointed.“

Fries weren’t too salty and were the lightly battered kind. Jose was a friendly and helpful bartender chef and nice to talk to while seated at the bar. We’re not from the area and are always looking for a new bar or diner to try on our travels from northern Illinois to northern Wisconsin. Definitely going back and looking forward to trying the fish fry!“

“The staff is great but the prime rib we had tonight was sub par at best, got the petite and well over half was all fat, we will try again because our server made it right and hope next time is better. Salad bar is good for a bar and grill which all enjoyed.“

“The food and drinks were phenomenal. We had unloaded bloodies, prime rib cheesesteak sandwich, grilled chicken sandwich and the hot chicken sandwich. All amazing and the tots and onion rings were perfect. The service was impeccable as we sat at the bar. We even ordered three 9 inch pizzas (not par baked) to go for dinner! “Awful customer service and cold, stale food, misleading delivery on website. Ordered delivery, paid including delivery fee and tip, got a delivery time estimate but then... nothing. I called after an hour and a half, thinking they were running behind, and they said they don't deliver but my order was sitting at the counter. Cold. I picked it up and asked for the delivery fee and tip back, and the person said that she would have the manager contact me because she couldn't do it and walked away. (Never got a call or tip and delivery back.)“
