“Wonderful hometown up North atmosphere and food. We have been trying to fit a stop in for years and so glad we made the stop. Very clean and friendly as expected. As soon as someone left, some was cleaning the spot with spray and rag. Gray stop and highly recommend.”

“The quintessential small town eatery. Before I even got my food, I knew it was going to be good. I walked in to the waitress and a local saying “I’ll have the usual”. Then another couple walks in and the waitress is writing down her order before she is even finished sitting down. How could this not be good???And boy was I right!The stuffed French toast was so flavorful. The tartness of the berries was cut perfectly by the sweetness of the whipped cream. Highly recommend this.And the Philly beef omelette was also on point. Fresh chopped steak with peppers and onions mixed perfectly with Swiss cheese to make a fantastic omelette.I will definitely be back, and so should you! Just make sure to bring cash, since they don’t take cards.Vegetarian options: With delicious items like pancakes covered in berries and cream, I don’t think you can go wrong. If you don’t eat eggs, it might not be a large selection.Parking: They have a nice sized lot with plenty of parking.”

“I haven't been here yet...but I do know they have a great bartender I've been trying to go see. That girl they call Jolene. I've heard this is a great drink bar with pizza. Simple but it's on a lake.?. Can't go wrong in Northern Wisconsin ❤”

“We actually drove right by this place before we realized we had passed it - glad we had our GPS on. Very unassuming on the outside, but nice and welcoming on the inside. Great place to stop for coffee, and they have Chocolate Shoppe Ice Cream, which thrilled our kids. Will definitely stop at again the next time we're driving through.”

“Had our first annual Friends Christmas party last night. 17 of us and Cousins did an amazing job accommodating us. The food was delicious and our waitstaff was awesome as was the main bar bartender. This was not our first experience at Cousins and each time we are never disappointed. We even turned on some new people to your establishment. Great Job to everyone. “Food was delicious, atmosphere was heavy on locals, & service was good. Highly recommend the garlic cheese bites. They were heaven. We ordered a mix of appetizers & burgers. Food came out fast, hot, & delicious. The garlic cheese bites were garlicky, lightly fried, lightly battered. I emphasize the garlic because sometimes you order something with flavor & you're left trying to figure out where the flavor was... not this time. Prices were normal. Portions were good.”

“The service was great. The food was awesome. I had the brisket sliders (amazing). The cook took our order because the bartender was busy making drinks. We were able to bring our puppy on the patio. They even had a water dish for her. It was very comfortable and relaxing.”

“Took a little drive (30 mins) to see if the hype was real about the fish fry! It was well worth the drive! Nothing fancy; small town bar that was either gonna be a lesson learned or gold mine! Well, it was a gold mine! The fish was incredible! Four nice-sized pieces, deep fried in a perfect batter. Batter was light and crisp while the fish was fresh and flaky! Strongly recommend giving this little off the grid place a try!”

“I have had bloody Mary's all over the country and these are tops. Great home made mix, pickled bean, beef stick, and boiled egg on the side. Add in the chaser and it's a well balanced Wisconsin meal.”

“Server was good, fish was ok, had it deep fried was soggy, baked potato was not done and brown inside. Husband said his fish was crispy though. He liked his loaded mashed potatoes. Overall it was ok, will probably give it a try some other time.”
