Kebabe Cuisine Madison is some of the freshest tasting food at a restaurant. The hummus and pita was delicious, and the kebab platter was arranged so beautifully. The Ayran Chicken Kebab was tender, juicy, and full of flavor, with a delicious marinade. The adana and chicken kabobs were very delicious and grilled perfectly. The turmeric rice and lovely, handcrafted salad perfectly complemented the kabobs, and the French fries were excellent. The rib eye was very well seasoned and juicy, served with crispy fries, salad with sumac and fresh veggies, and the softest pita bread. The portions were generous, and the ingredients tasted fresh. The service was friendly and welcoming. The restaurant has a small, cozy dining area with size restrictions, so call ahead for large groups. The food is phenomenal, and the quality is worth another visit. This is the best kebab in town and the best Turkish restaurant in Madison.
