They might have been busy and not have the help they need, but first you have to call like 2-3, times to get someone to answer the phone. My food was late by like half and hour and that was with them telling me it would be 55-65 minutes. Good is good

Spoke with O'Ryan this evening and he was unbelievably helpful. I had a bad exp last Saturday, but he made it all right this weekend. Just when I thought I was done with pizza hut he redeemed it, somebody give this man a raise!!!

Got a pizza and 16 wings. All tasted good. Staff was friendly.Went to the drive through for pickup, rang the bell, and nobody came up. Went to the front door and it was locked. Then the delivery driver pulls up and says, "they're in there, they're just not paying attention."I go back to the drive through and they tell me 10 more minutes because the fryer oil was being replaced when I placed my order.
