Heard from friend's that the Friday Fish Fry was worth checking out, and they were right. I had a platter with two pieces of cod, one piece of walleye and one piece of perch. The entree included a small helping of fries, a small serving of coleslaw and tartar sauce, plus a choice of potato, so I chose the homemade potato chips. My companion had the two piece cod dinner. Great place for lunch! The food is very tasty. Omar and his staff are great! I have been coming to Plata's for years and have had several delicious meals here. We recently hosted a training event here with a big group of people and we had a taco bar it was amazing everyone loved it!

Best grilled cheese I ever had on thick toast. I requested they add fried cheese curds inside the grilled cheese and they did! Good beer, good food and good vibes.Vegetarian options: They had salads, grilled cheese, and quesodilla.
