I'm a longstanding customer of Paisons, and have been to Portabella a few times. I ate there last night with mixed reviews. The two ends of the meal were great, the bread and tiaramisu). I was very disappointed, however with the Porta salad. There were plenty of chickpeas, cheese, and green pepper, but no ham or salami. It just wasn't a Porta salad. The entree was fine, the portion seemed to have shrunk a bit, but it tasted great. Disappointed!
Have loved this place for 30+ years and today’s visit didn’t disappoint! Ambience perfect. Sangria…get the large pitcher and a mix of white/red! We had great service and great food…penne pasta with portabella mushrooms, the Garibaldi sandwich, shrimp Alfredo and pizza. 6 hungry people walked in and 6 happy customers left! Cheers to our awesome waiter Mike!!!

Very calming experience, it was quiet dimmed lighting Very good food.Our Very first time there, so we had the home made pizza, you could taste all the ingredients, it was delicious.
